標題[選片] 決戰終點線 or 真愛每一天

　天兔挾帶豪雨，公路總局統計截共12條公路封閉，傳出災情的台7線北橫公路巴陵西村路段因邊坡坍方，預計今天16時搶通。台7甲線大同鄉、台8線中橫公路碧綠溪路段，今天10時搶通。台8線中橫公路白沙橋土石坍方，預計得到周五（27日）17時才有望修復搶通。台16線（南投縣水里鄉）22K+300大灣淹水，預計今天15時開放。台17 線羌園（屏東縣佳冬鄉）264K+200淹水，預計今18時開放。

　另外預警性封閉，但幸未傳出災情的台7線北橫公路羅浮至巴陵路段今天16時開放。台20 線南橫公路向陽至霧鹿今17時開放、台20線撒拉啊嗚橋便橋周一日8時開放。台23線東富公路小天祥路段周一0時開放。台11線花蓮大橋（花蓮縣吉安鄉）今上午10時開放。

一過中秋節，作為禮品的月餅即使再貴重，也立刻不值錢了。大陸官方媒體今天報導，大陸一些月餅已在半價銷售，甚至低價賣到農村去。

大陸中國之聲「新聞晚高峰」報導，中秋節前夜，河南鄭州街頭的月餅賣點紛紛開始降價銷售。一盒先前售價將近人民幣300元（約新台幣1500元）的品牌月餅，經銷商打出150元的處理價，引得民眾紛紛搶購。

陳姓經銷商指出，這兩天月餅基本上都按進貨價賣，圖個回本。月餅已打對折，今天賣85元，昨天還賣160元。現在出來買月餅，「沒人會掙著你的錢」。

但是，賣不完的月餅怎麼辦？經銷商說，就銷往農村地區去。「剩點貨底，到那，農村人買東西都拿著大袋子買，一個人誰不買幾十個。」

另外，報導說，還有些存貨較大的，就由經銷商退回給廠商，廠商把月餅切成塊，裝到點心盒裡當點心賣。

經銷商透露，「把月餅切成四方塊都放到點心盒裡，你知道小孩們去蛋糕房裡買的小塊裝到瓶子裡，那就是月餅加工成的。」而且肯定合法，因為又沒過期。

生產廠商宣稱，一般月餅的保存期限是40天。

經銷商還說，「剩幾盒賣不完了，俺把月餅吃了，盒子放著明年再賣。盒子不會壞，月餅俺還可以自己吃。」

另外，報導說，河北邢台一家老字號月餅生產企業把節後剩餘的部分月餅當成過節的福利發給了員工。

不過，大陸這幾年仍不時傳出「陳年月餅」、「陳年糕點」，報導呼籲大陸當局，對節後剩餘月餅，應建立起可監督的處理機制。
