中央氣象局表示，今天凌晨強颱天兔暴風圈碰觸陸地，上午7時許，台中以南在暴風圈的範圍內，請民眾注意強風豪雨。

氣象局指出，上午7時天兔颱風的中心位置在鵝鑾鼻的東南方約190公里海面，7級風暴風半徑280公里，以時速19公里向西北西進行，近中心最大風速每秒53公尺，預測明天上午5時的中心位置在鵝鑾鼻西方約290公里的海面。

氣象局說，天兔颱風暴風圈已進入恆春半島、台灣東南部及台灣南部陸地，對花蓮、臺東、恆春半島、南投、台中以南及澎湖地區構成威脅，各地風雨逐漸增強。

陸上警戒區域包括蘭嶼、綠島、台東、恆春半島、屏東、花蓮、高雄、台南、南投、嘉義、雲林、彰化、台中及澎湖。

海上警戒區域包括巴士海峽、台灣東南部海面、台灣東北部海面、台灣海峽及東沙島海面；降雨警戒區域為宜蘭。

而是用的人太多要一直加蓋
這樣子做不就是代表政府支持短程使用而去坑長程的人的錢
但高速公路本來的規劃就是要給長途使用
這種情況根本就是本末倒置
那這樣子是不是大家就要跟台北的UBIKE一樣
用到極限了就趕快換
