【綜合報導】德國「明鏡」週刊（Der Spiegel）報導稱，美國國家安全局承包商前雇員史諾登（Edward Snowden）提供的文件顯示，英國情報機構曾駭入比利時最大電信公司比利時電信集團。
 
在相關文件中，出現英國「政府通訊總部」（GCHQ）的幻燈片，並顯示相關情報作業是為了「能更好地滲透比利時電信集團（Belgacom SA）」及了解其基礎建設。據了解，比利時電信集團是非洲和中東電信服務的頭號業者
 
此外，比利時電信集團的員工被名為「量子嵌入」（Quantum Insert）的惡意軟體鎖定，而該技術乃由美國國家安全局（NSA）所開發。　
 
據比利時聯邦檢察官稍早透露，比利時電信集團曾於7月提出訴狀，自稱遭駭客入侵，並表示比利時電信認為行動是由「國家支持的國際網路間諜」所為。

【吳國仲／新北報導】今天清晨5時許，連接土城與三峽的產業道路間，傳出一起自殺憾事，1名徐姓男子(40多歲)在路邊的廢棄土雞城上吊，路過的機車騎士被嚇到，趕緊打電話報警。
 
警消獲報趕到，確認男子已明顯死亡，身上並未發現遺書，保留現場交由警方調查。警方已連絡到徐男的家屬前來指認，據悉，徐男先前曾向家人透露尋短的念頭， 之後就不見蹤影，直到今晨才被路人發現。

標題[問題] 買屋建商土地部份不給發票是正常的嗎?

大家好 小弟與建商購買一戶透天 交易時在建物部份有開立二聯式發票 (以該建商公司名義開立) 而土地部份卻無開立 詢問後,土地的交易是以私人名義方式交易 (那個人可能是建商負責人的親人吧) 而在交易總金額中,建物僅佔30%,土地有70% 想請問~這樣的交易方式是合法正常嗎?或是合法逃稅?或是確實違法? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.72.230
