標題[請問] 露天拍賣支付連退費

整個科技板塊變動，越來越多有想法、冒險精神的「新創板塊」紛紛上移，改變整個產業結構，也改變了未來工作的趨勢與機會。而在過去，新創公司和創業、創新風氣還尚未復興前，學生在準備踏入職場時，往往考慮的是：

如果要有一個成功的人生，該去哪間大企業上班？申請、面試的公司的攻略是什麼？

但現在隨著創業風氣漸起，越來越多畢業生想的是：

如果要有一個成功的人生，先加入新創團隊（或是成立新創團隊），還是先去大公司磨練比較好？

我認為因人而異，每個人的個性、志向、生涯規劃不同，當然就會有不同的答案。但，如果你是冒險和創新精神十足，又希望工作挑戰性高的人，以新創公司為職涯的第一站，絕不會後悔。

知名媒體《 Forbes 》、《 FastCompany 》對這個議題都有各自的看法，我另外加入 Facebook IPO 時的第一手近身觀察，整理成以下要點，供大家參考。
