你寫的e-mail有沒有夾雜著很多驚嘆號、問號或表情符號？

• I can't believe it!!!
• It should have gone differently!!
• Why did you do this?!
• I’ll see you :-)))

這樣表達情緒得體嗎？網站Corporette有一名讀者寫信問編輯，怎麼在e-mail裡，既能表達自己語氣，又不顯得幼稚或娘娘腔呢？e-mail裡能用驚嘆號嗎？

讀者說，每次試著用驚嘆號傳達積極的語氣，只是想要強調自己的積極性，但卻又擔心會不會顯得幼稚。他還發現，還有男性在e-mail裡不太用驚嘆號……這篇文章反應熱烈，有115則評論。

其實，要表達積極的態度，並不一定要用重複的驚嘆號，或過於草率的表情符號，我們來看看幾個例子：

1、你想要告訴部屬他做的不錯
（X）Good job!!!
（O）Well done!
（O）Outstanding!
短句後加一個驚嘆號，是一個有力的收尾，不至過度誇張。

2、不得不向主管報告壞消息，驚嘆號會造成反效果，火上加油
（X）I am so sorry this happened!!!
（X）…but on the plus side no one lost a limb!!!
這種語氣在e-mail往來最令人難受。壞消息，經常需要解釋或緩和，最好是打電話或者直接到老闆辦公室說，寫成e-mail難保不會被重複轉發、誤解，還有被存檔日後拿出來被檢討的風險。

擔心別人誤解你的語氣，可以直接用說的。或者你得相信自己的修辭，寫這樣的句子，一個驚嘆號也沒有，還是有驚嘆的功能：Great news, team: we are done with the doc review.（好消息，同事們，檔案檢查大功告成。）

標題[問題] 1028粉餅好容易碎？

如題。 前陣子入手一塊1028粉餅補妝用（保濕款＝有打亮格那款） 用過後感覺整體妝效還算滿意： 粉算細 能遮瑕 修飾膚色 打亮格尤其喜歡 >\\\\\1028粉餅好容易碎阿！！ 剛開始碎一小角還不太在意 誰知！它後來有如崩盤般一直越碎越多 到現在每次打開他上面都是一層碎粉！！ 用粉撲勉強按平後 下次打開繼續崩解（崩潰！！） 還因每次都硬用粉撲按平 害粉撲吃太多粉 補妝起來變得太厚粉....(欲哭無淚 T.T) 是我使用方式or保存方式太爆力嗎？ 是放在化妝包裡 和裡面其他東西碰撞的關係嗎？ 但補妝粉餅不放在化妝包要放哪裡？化妝包本來不就都會放很多補妝小物嗎？ 以前使用media防曬粉餅也沒看它那麼會碎...（沒有弄碎過的經驗） 想請問其他板友也會遇到這樣的問題嗎？ 如果有都是怎解決的？ 如果沒有請教我怎麼預防？(鞠躬) 我真的還滿喜歡這塊粉餅的阿 T.T 但是它現在害我補妝都好緊張手忙腳亂了.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.169.130.108 ※ 編輯: nicpoll 來自: 118.169.130.108 (09/17 21:55)

咳！在某個年代（是的，就是某個年代，別多問。）的家長，不知為什麼都很流行將小孩送去學珠心算，可能當時不像現在有那麼多元化的補習班可選擇，以前的競爭也沒有現在來的大，所以送去學個珠心算訓練一下專注力打發打發就可以了。

現在不知道還有沒有人送小孩去打算盤呢？（可能算盤被拿來給老公跪的機會，比拿來打還多。）如果你也是屬於某個年代的朋友，想一起回味一下那些年我們一起學的珠算，這個「如意算盤」可以稍稍滿足你手癢的慾望唷！

一共有三種模式的算盤，「二五珠算盤」、「一五珠算盤」跟以前最常見的「一四珠算盤」，還結合了重力感應器，搖動你的手機就能聽到熟悉的珠子唰唰聲唷！若認真的想拿來使用，其有提供「個拾佰仟萬」的標尺，讓你更好計算不混亂。

• 軟體性質：免費軟體（iPhone 為付費版本 NT$30）

使用方法：

第1步 下載後開啟，會預設為二五珠算盤，想切換成其它的話，可按左上角的拉繩喚出選單。

第2步 前三項為算盤模式。

第3步 第四個為「個拾佰仟萬」的標尺，可依需求移動標尺的位置。最右邊的按鈕為「鎖定」，開啟鎖定的話算珠就不會受到重力感應器的影響。

試打了一下，雖然不如打真實的算盤那樣爽快，但還是蠻讓人回味的唷！記得以前都很愛從 1 加到 10，然後再從 1 加到 100，不知道大家的那些年是什麼樣的回憶呢？
