馬英九總統今天接受「中天新聞」專訪，為國民黨撤銷立法院長王金平的處分做辯護。馬總統說，根據憲法規定和大法官解釋，不分區立委名單是反映政黨的意志和政策。以台聯前立委林世嘉為例，台聯將林世嘉除名，沒有經過任何程序，「為何就沒人去談程序正義」？

馬總統說，不分區立委的產生，是根據單一選區兩票制中的政黨票，理應對政黨負責；區域立委是選民投票產生，所以是對選民負責。對不分區立委的處分，只有用政黨撤銷黨籍的方式，這也是憲法規定的正辦。

【綜合報導】台南仁德分屍命案距離發現頭顱，昨天邁入第5天，警方接獲19件協尋人口訊息已全部排除，命案偵辦方向因死者身分遲未確定，仍原地打轉。

台南警方昨天下午6度重回棄屍現場擴大搜索，動員上百名警力手持棍棒、鐮刀加入，但仍無法找到新的命案跡證，研判該處很可能不是棄屍第一現場。

【綜合報導】立法院昨開議，行政院長江宜樺赴立院進行施政報告並備詢，這是馬王鬥爭12天來，立法院長王金平、江宜樺首次同台，兩人座位距離僅數步，但共處的76分鐘全程零互動。綠營提出江應先道歉四條件，但藍不妥協，綠也不退讓，王金平主持朝野協商又沒達成共識，議事全天癱瘓，江宜樺無法上台進行總質詢，只好今午繼續朝野協商，若無共識，下周二立院院會江揆仍無法上台。

目前立委有112人，全體立委一天薪水支出80萬1986元。民眾謝秀敏昨批：「為了一個黨的鬥爭，搞到立院都不開會，浪費納稅錢，這個政府到底在幹什麼？」《蘋果》昨民調顯示，針對江在立院遭綠營杯葛，要求他道歉下台，54.57%受訪者支持綠營做法，29.54%不支持。

標題[好雷] 決戰終點線 近完美的史實改編

Rush 這部片可以說是超越我先前的期待 預告拍的根本讓人只覺得是無腦爽片 但實際上完全不是那麼一回事 這部片一開始就點出了賽車的危險性與瘋狂 並用諷刺的口吻從兩主角手中說出 Niki Lauda時常說每次賽車都有2成的風險 但他可以接受 James Hunt也說他開的不是車 是鐵棺材 而兩位主角個性也南轅北轍 James Hunt 是一個天生的賽車天才 私生活沉迷於女色和酒 Niki Lauda 則是嚴守紀律 比賽前充分準備 但他們都有共同的信念 在賽場上拿到最後的總冠軍 通常這種史實改編的電影 忠於於史實和改編的拿捏往往是最困難的 但Ron Howard就是能幾乎完美的忠於史實 尤其是每個演員都超像本人.... 連他們兩個的老婆和亞歷山大也是幾乎一樣 實在驚人 並且節奏調整的毫無冷場 從1976年開始 情緒幾乎是從兩方的互有勝負 一路拉高到最後的日本站結束 比賽過程大部分都是低角度的跟拍 跟電視轉播比起來更強調混亂和速度感 還有畫面是車手視野 看起來十分的過癮 這部片深度與娛樂性並重 又能和史實呼應 影片也成功的打造了一個70年代的氛圍 ( 除了衣服有些潮之外 ) 對於看過F1賽車並知道其中規則與文化的人 千萬不能錯過此片 而純粹想看熱血賽車的人 也是可以一看 雖然本片的風格比起爽片多了不少沉重點 尤其是後面常帶到Niki Lauda老婆憂鬱的眼神 但光節奏跟劇情就值得進場去看了 看過這片的感想是 奧斯卡季要提前開打了嗎 ? 今年目前看過最好的一部 最後順便附上兩人分站成績 BRA RSA USW ESP BEL MON SWE FRA GBR GER AUT NED ITA CAN USA JPN James Hunt N 2 N 1 N N 5 1 N 1 4 1 N 1 1 3 69 Niki Lauda 1 1 2 2 1 1 3 N 1 N / / 4 8 3 N 68 兩個人在1976年共拿下11次分站冠軍 並互有領先 Niki Lauda 瀕死後只缺席兩戰就重新復出真是十分的驚人 -- 『當國家的國際事務受到群眾偏見的控制時，其政治智慧也會成比例地減弱。 因為人民對於與其小環境距離遙遠的問題，其所作的判斷不是基於最大的個別 智慧，而是基於最大的集體無知。』 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 --Homer Lea, "The Day of the Saxon" -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.170.172.42

【綜合報導】馬王之爭纏鬥多日，王金平卻仍穩坐立院龍頭，馬英九總統在輿情、民調及司法攻防上都落居下風，為了扭轉劣勢，馬從上周六親上火線展開輿論戰反攻，除致電部分媒體說明外，昨還接受中天電視專訪，馬四度強調，「絕無7日滅王計劃」，也不是9月政爭，而是司法弊案，身為總統他須堅守司法防線，否則對不起人民。

馬英九也解釋，他從來沒有因為說運作上（服貿協議）有困難，就對王院長不滿要消滅他，完全沒有這個意思。馬再度重申法院作出假處分後，「國政照推、訴訟照打」的立場，「因為是非不能不有一個結果。」馬英九還說，如果太在意民調高低，什麼都不能做，他也接到許多支持的聲音，包括報社社論撰文支持，也有人寫信或致電鼓勵，夫人周美青也支持他。另外馬也
暗批王金平，「若職務夠高、權力夠大，靠假處分就可以度過難關，這是正義嗎？」他更坦言，王還是應「知所進退」。

【張貴翔／新北報導】3名未成年的少年，因平日無所事事，竟共組詐騙集團，受1名綽號「泰山」的男子，從中國以遙控犯案，冒用台北地檢署、台北市刑大、健保局等名義詐騙被害人。

警方調查多時，昨天趁3人取款時，將3名少年一舉逮獲，在身上搜出贓款與贓物，並依詐欺及偽造文書罪嫌移送法辦。
