台北地院裁准王金平暫時擁有黨籍，國民黨前天提起抗告後，今天早上8點50分，全案卷宗已自台北地方法院送出，並在9點抵達高等法院；昨天下午4點向高院聲請「公開抽籤分案」的王金平律師團，也一路自台北地院跟著卷宗到高院，想盡速了解是否高院的電腦分案機制，是否能答應讓本案公開分案。

【楊忠翰／台北報導】「台灣國」會長王獻極因不滿特偵組違法監聽，今天上午10時許，率領20餘名群眾前往信義路1段的特偵組前抗議，並揚言用老虎鉗剪斷門鏈後，衝進去拆掉特偵組銜牌，再掛上新製的「東廠錦衣衛」銜牌。

警方得知消息後，立刻加派近50名警力到場警戒，並試圖用盾牌阻擋抗議民眾強行進入特偵組，雙方進而發生2波激烈推擠；台北市警察局中正一分局隨即2度舉牌勒令解散，王獻極眼見推擠衝撞未果，現場高喊幾次口號後便帶著群眾離去。整起抗議行動歷時約30分鐘，警方僅在現場阻擋群眾進入特偵組，並未逮捕任何1人。

【大紀元2013年09月16日訊】香港演員陳豪昨日（15日）在灣仔出席活動，身為準爸爸的陳豪，不免被媒體追問太太與孩子的事，因工作而和太太分隔兩地的他，大方談起太太與孩子。

談到中秋將至，會否和太太陳茵媺（Aimee）一起過婚後的首個中秋？陳豪表示很想和太太人月兩團圓，但是目前太太在加拿大靜心安胎，「她沒有這麼快回港，但我現在要拍電影，走不開。」他又大讚太太是最漂亮的媽咪。

問陳豪BB是男是女時，他大賣關子說：「不知呢，仔女都OK，最重要健康。」他透露Aimee已經過了嘔吐時期，胃口也很好。至於教育方面，陳豪表示不想小朋友在壓力下成長，所以不會做怪獸家長，只希望好好照顧孩子。◇
