因為預算有限，已經交屋一個多月了，裝修遲遲還沒決定該怎麼做，希望板上的專家
可以提供我意見，如我有設計師想找我洽談歡迎ＰＭ我，屋子的地點在台南市永康
我的需求大致如下：
入住人口數2人~~
1.大門改成龍邊進出，虎邊是個窗戶，因為客廳上方有兩道梁(木隔間的地方)
所以客廳想設計成可以三邊有靠的沙發椅，至於木隔間後面的空間該怎麼利用
就還沒想到了
2.因為老房子衛浴很少想要把一樓的廁所加大，如果有客人來住的話可以在一樓盥洗
3.廚房只要有基本的功能就可以了，不常下廚
4.因為大門開龍邊的關係，會對到廚房的後門，所以需要避免穿堂風
5.主臥想要有書桌、大衣櫃(主臥沒有衛浴)，還有換地板
6.二樓的衛浴也要整修
7.客房雙開門的衛浴我想把對外的那扇門給封死，然後在客房原本的窗戶改成落地門，客房可以用打地鋪的方式，加個書桌以後可以當小孩房
8.基本上這房子水電管線都要換，開關插頭位置也需要重配，而且不知道為什麼現在這房子很多電線都走明線，連房間的電燈都是明線，電視線什麼的都亂亂牽
