在機場完成通關程序，離登機時間還有一個小時，我走到免稅商店區逛一逛。

第一家店販售各種紀念品，有明信片、裝飾品、食品等，一個醒目的促銷牌子上面寫著「特價99人民幣」。我走過去一看，那是個迷你的巧克力禮盒，裡面放了幾種不同口味的巧克力。

我喜歡這種量少、種類多的產品組合，雖然沒有辦法先實際品嚐，但是從整體包裝的感覺看來頗精緻。我心想：「這應該算是『送禮自用兩相宜』吧。」

店員朝我走了過來，很親切的說：「先生，帶幾組走吧，這個產品在做特價優惠呢！」我對她友善的舉動回以微笑說：「謝謝妳，我再隨意看看好了。」

這名店員看到我準備把手上的產品放下，急忙接著說：「你真的不考慮嗎？這是難得的機會呢！」接著露出有點失望的表情。

我必須承認，有時在生活中自己的「職業神經發作」也是挺困擾的。觀察她一開口的「過度熱情」和隨後的「過度失望」，直覺告訴我，這樣的銷售行為背後大概有什麼問題。畢竟，我很少看過免稅店的銷售員有這麼積極的態度。

我再次道謝並對她說：「我逛一圈再回來。」然後，看著她的表情垮了下來。

步行幾分鐘距離的另一個店家，我看到類似的巧克力產品展示櫃，很快就了解第一家店員為何有那樣的態度。

這家店的產品選擇比較多，其中一個標價155人民幣的巧克力禮盒，份量幾乎是剛才那個「特價99人民幣」的兩倍之多。也就是說在我貨比三家之後，第一個店家所謂的特價根本不算特價。無怪乎那位店員多麼希望我立刻下決定，也印證我剛才的觀察無誤。

宜蘭縣員山鄉公所今天起，發放腳踏車給鄉內323名鄰長，希望這些鄰長有了這些「腳力」，提升為民服務品質。

員山鄉長江永和說，鄰長為無給職，平時辛苦協助村長推展村里多項業務，甚至災害發生時，還擔任民政系統的災情查報工作，是行政部門第一線尖兵及溝通橋梁，不畏風雨，辛勞不言可喻。

他表示，為體恤鄉內323位鄰長辛勞，鄉公所日前編列新台幣90萬元，採購公務腳踏車給每名鄰長，相信鄰長們有了這些「腳力」，可以提升為民服務品質，也可以透過執行各項公務，達到節能減碳及鍛鍊身心健康的效果。

鄉公所說，為因應鄰長不同需求及轄區地理特性，各鄰長可以選擇登山車或淑女車，並於今天起由鄉公所與得標廠商，分別送達給各鄰長。

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】樹林區三龍街1家有38年歷史的介明塑膠廠驚傳1起持刀砍人案件，昨天晚上8時許，43歲官姓男員工到達公司準備上班時，被喝醉酒的同事拿斧頭砍傷，送醫時在頭部2處、頸部1處各5公分撕裂傷，送醫急救目前並無生命危險，廠方低調表示並不清楚詳細情形。警方表已掌握兇嫌相關資料，目前已加派警力擴大偵辦追緝凶徒中。

昨晚發生的許姓未婚媽媽帶兒女燒炭，造成1死2傷案，女兒今天仍昏迷，恢復意識的許婦則仍虛弱，尚無法接受警方調查。

高雄市警察局三民第二分局與高雄市消防局昨晚獲報三民區褒揚街一處公寓大樓有人燒炭自殺後，派出救護人員前往救援，但許婦兒子已無生命徵象，昏迷的許婦母女分別送醫急救。

檢警上午相驗這名7歲男童遺體，警方表示，初步相驗仍有疑點，將再擇期解剖以釐清死因。

警方說，許婦送醫急救後恢復意識，但仍虛弱，對於警方調查尚難配合，而9歲的女童仍昏迷急救觀察。

警方昨晚與許婦親戚趕到褒揚街現場處理時，在現場發現許婦留下的遺書，初步調查是疑因許婦男友在中國大陸另結新歡，因受不了刺激而攜兒女尋短。

許婦兒女就讀的高雄市這所國小師生，今天為許家祈福，同學非常不捨，祈禱昏迷的女童能趕快脫離險境。學校老師說，姐弟倆人在校都很有禮貌、很乖巧，女童有繪畫的天份，也會繪本說故事，而許婦也有愛心，曾報名要參加志工讀經媽媽。

警方呼籲民眾要珍惜生命，如果需要諮商或相關協助，可撥打生命線專線「1995」或張老師服務專線「1980」。

【綜合報導】今年第18號強烈颱風萬宜(Man-Yi)橫掃日本，降下超大豪雨，目前統計共造成1人死亡、3人失蹤、71人受傷，受災的19個都道府縣共有1620棟住宅淹水或是被洪水沖毀，死者是滋賀縣的一名71歲女性。京都市一度向市內26萬人發出避難指示。

萬宜颱風今天上午從愛知縣登陸後，接著襲極了東京首都圈，造成交通大混亂，羽田機場有超過200個航班被迫取消，成田機場也陸續有國際航班延誤情況發生，由於雨量超過警戒值，東京到大阪間的東海道新幹線也一度停駛，而東京都內的地鐵系統也一度停擺。
