標題[請益] 試用期無勞健保

我朋友從七月開始在一個半公家單位上班 是長輩介紹進去的 不過公司卻跟他說 三個月內試用期所以沒有勞健保 因為也怕他沒有通過試用期 一下加保一下退保 公司很麻煩也有可能會被懷疑 (懷疑的點是什麼，大概也沒人知道) 總之她現在很困擾 我爬過文，也問過其他長輩，知道這件事情並非正常 尤其還出現在半公家機關，實在很荒謬 因此我一直想要幫她打電話到勞工局申訴 但她覺得很擔心會因此丟了工作而希望我緊事緩辦 即使我跟他說 勞工局依法不能透漏舉發者 他也覺得因為公司只有他一個新人，很容易就被發現 想請教我朋友可以怎麼辦，或者我可以怎麼幫她~ 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.136.32.215

標題[問題] IE10無法完全關閉

最近將IE10關閉以後時常(非每次)發現無法將程式完全關閉 進入到工作管理員後發現仍有IE在執行中 主要發生在被qvo6綁架後 目前已將首頁綁架問題解決 但卻時常無法將IE確實關閉 試過將IE設定重置但無效 想請教是在移除qvo6時未完全還是有其他問題造成 小弟先謝過各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.141.136.124

【綜合報導】國民黨九月政爭，法院裁定立法院長王金平暫保國民黨籍，對此馬英九總統在臉書上表示現階段將以：「訴訟照打、政務照推」為原則，確保政府的運作。

馬英九總統稍早在臉書（https://www.facebook.com/MaYingjeou）表示，關於立法院長關說司法個案，是一個大是大非、黑白分明的問題，不容迴避，必須面對，這個立場我絕對不會改變。現階段我們會以「訴訟照打、政務照推」為原則，來確保政府運作的順暢。例如政府官員與立法院的互動，以及部分具有憲政意義而原有立法院長參與或主持的活動，也都會依慣例舉辦，如總統府月會、國慶大會等，其他的活動則會視情況做必要的調整。

對於台北地院針對王金平院長具狀聲請「定暫時狀態」作出假處分的裁定，馬英九總統也表示，在「暫時狀態」未解除前，我會尊重司法，維持原來對王院長的稱呼，這是符合暫時狀態的做法。我們會以國家安定與政務運作順暢為重，但絕不能忽略公平正義與司法獨立的維護。這是一個尊重法律、謹守分際的總統，對人民莊嚴的承諾。
