九月馬王政爭持續延燒，監察院長王建煊今天與媒體茶敘時表示，台灣國會整天只會打架、杯葛、對抗、協商，結果一事無成，朝野兩黨立院龍頭難道沒有責任嗎？他說，國民黨上屆在立院席次超過3/4，但卻被民進黨1/4掐著脖子走，王金平的圓融、協商，堪稱罪魁禍首，早該辭職下台，以謝黨國。

王建煊：有這樣的在野黨 台灣人民能不悲哀嗎？

監察院長王建煊今天說，司法關說事件，民進黨鞭柯建銘老神在在，民進黨一片護短，有這樣的在野黨，台灣人民能不悲哀嗎？

立法院長王金平因涉司法關說，遭國民黨考紀會撤銷黨籍。

王建煊今天與媒體茶敘說，這次司法關說事件，放火的人除了立法院長王金平，更重要的放火人是民進黨的大黨鞭柯建銘，但柯老神在在，民進黨除了一片護短外，看不出一點內疚與自省，「有這樣的在野黨，台灣人民能不悲哀嗎？」。

標題[問題] htc mini+ 遙控器疑問

前天剛買的mini+，這兩天玩下來周遭親友只有一個疑問， 那就是〝那不就要多帶一隻？〞,雖然講得沒錯，不過我還是覺得 htc mini+是個好玩的玩具，有點貴就是。 基本上功能雖然不是很多，但是很容易上手， 唯一的疑問就是針對電視遙控的部分，他無法單獨當成遙控器嗎? 只是透過手機當成遙控器嗎，還有我找不到電源選項， 只有頻道與音量和十字鍵，這樣我要如何開電視呢? 不知道版上還有沒有入手mini+的大大可以解答，感恩 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.175.75.214

有爬過文， 因為沒有相關經驗。 所以還是搞不太清楚， 一直以來一直有一些疑問： 一、通訊行的問題 神腦和中華電信是一起的， 中華辦理門號問題，神腦負責手機問題，這我可以理解。 那一般通訊行呢？ 一般通訊可以門號代辦兼手機販賣， 但是如果要辦門號直接去中華就可以了啊？ 如果在通訊行可以享有手機折扣， 那這樣請通訊行代辦的中華電信又有什麼好處？ 二、特約店的問題 手機特約店的意思究竟是什麼？ 像是samsung特約店， 它是指由samsung特別指定銷售的產品的店家嗎？ 那這樣特約店的優勢是什麼呢？ 但是特約店似乎可以承辦多家電信業者業務的店家， 如果前面說的沒錯的話， 那這樣豈不就是一般通訊行了嗎？ 三、行動體驗館的問題 行動體驗館與一般門市有什麼不同嗎？ 我的觀念裡，行動體驗館的定位是在體驗新發行的手機， 因此沒有什麼優惠方案，購機會比較貴？ 那這樣行動體驗館的意義是什麼？ 業者會花一筆開店的資金去對消費者做手機行銷嗎？ 四、旗艦店的問題 旗艦店是由誰來開設的？ 我的觀念是， 旗艦店的定位要提供更完整的服務以及宣傳品牌價值， HTC旗艦店，是HTC專屬直營， 那在Nokia TW的旗艦店卻是鼎鑫的ATT4FUN， 鼎鑫只是一個Nokia的通路商， 他去設立這個旗艦店對它的好處是什麼呢？ 五、產品貨源問題 一般我會＂聽到這支手機是聯強貨！＂ 這句話我一直不懂是什麼意思 聯強在手機供應鏈理面是批發商嗎？ 但是聯強本身又有提供販售以及維修的服務， 以apple來說， 如果產品進口到台灣， 也許進到apple直營門市，也許是聯強，也許是通訊行， 那手機本身的貨源是哪裡有什麼兩樣嗎？ 不都是從國外進口的嗎？ 為什麼不強調這隻手機的製造商源自於哪理， 而是在說這隻手機的批發商是誰？？ 以上雖然有許多問題， 可能有些問題很蠢而且問不清楚但我真的很想知道， 這不是作業我畢業很久了>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.163.158.80

今日台灣時間零時，準決賽首戰地主烏克蘭籍ZUBACHUK Ruslan選手，選手冉俊賢奮戰不懈，為中華台北贏得了一面銅牌，創下台灣男子選手首度在世界拳壇拿獎牌的紀錄。

2013新北市聯合婚禮10月20日將在八仙海岸大唐溫泉物與舉行，66對新人名額今天上午開放報名，由於採古式婚禮加上禮品豐富，昨天就吸引不少新人漏夜排隊，今天清晨5點半就已額滿，拔得頭籌的林媽媽，為幫兒子媳婦報名，昨天上午8點半就來排隊，等待超過24小時，完成報名後直說「很開心、很值得！」

報名隊伍中新北市民邱小姐帶著以色列籍男友Kita也十分搶眼，兩人去年底在飛往以色列的飛機上巧遇，Kita對女方一見鍾情，主動搭訕後交往至今，Kita此次來台探望女友，剛好遇上新北市聯合婚禮活動，決定報名，新北市府還安排兩人穿上古式禮服拍照，為兩人留下紀念。

我國高球女將曾雅妮今天在LPGA法國愛維養錦標賽第二天打出74桿，兩天合計打出標準桿7桿的149桿，遭到淘汰，無緣晉級最後一輪決賽。

昨天打出75桿，顯示曾雅妮狀況不優，今天比賽曾雅妮抓3鳥，但吞4柏忌，外加1個雙柏忌，未能找回自己的狀況。由於比賽第一天被大雨中斷，被迫取消，比賽從四輪改為三輪，曾雅妮前兩輪打完並未名列前70，黯然出局。

日本選手宮里美香（Mika Miyazato）第二天抓下4隻小鳥，2個柏忌，打出69桿穩定成績，兩輪合計低於標準桿8桿的134桿繼續保持領先。

我國另一女將龔怡萍在第二天打出3鳥、3柏忌、1雙柏忌，高於標準桿2桿的73桿，兩輪合計146桿，排名並列65，驚險晉級最後一輪決賽。
