未來到新北市政府各機關及29區公所洽公，再也不須因未帶印章而辦不成的困擾！新北市政府研考會主任委員吳肇銘表示，今後只要一筆在手、利用簽名即可順利完成各項申辦作業，讓民眾不必奔波回家找印章或刻印章，享受更便利的市政服務。並指除了辦理印鑑證明及受限於中央法規、金融機構規定要核對印鑑之業務外，新北市政府各項申辦業務，只要親自簽名就算數。
吳肇銘指出，以往民眾到公家機關辦理各項申辦案件，都需要「蓋章」，有時忘了帶印章必須趕回家拿，若找不到又得花錢刻新的印章。新北市政府為了讓民眾省去這個煩惱，即日起申請書的蓋章欄位上無論是簽名或蓋章皆產生同樣效力，新北市各機關服務櫃檯不再要求民眾一定要攜帶印章才能完成各項申請。
吳肇銘強調，民法規定簽名效力等同於蓋章，因此印章證明與本人簽名具備相同的法律效力，公務機關不應一昧沿襲舊規，要求市民一定要攜帶印章才能完成各項案件申辦，應該要以便民的角度思考，大幅修改不合時宜的法令規定，提供市民最簡便的洽公環境，打造出各式各樣的智慧化便民服務。

王金平關說司法案爆發後，引發政治動盪，府院黨人事恐有一波變動，總統府發言人李佳霏多次被媒體點名將接行政院發言人，她13日受訪回應說，「聞所未聞」。
王案爆發後，府院黨人事地震，行政院長江宜樺認為，政務官要負起政治責任，曾勇夫已為此請辭法務部長，府院高層正謹慎思考接任人選中。
羅智強昨宣布請辭總統府副祕，內定將由國民黨文傳會主委蕭旭岑接任。李佳霏說，關於接任人選，還在討論階段。
至於李佳霏的異動消息，她已多次被媒體點名將調至行政院，事後證明皆是誤傳，她今仍以一貫的態度回應說，「聞所未聞」
