位於台北市博愛路的國防部忠愛樓，晚間傳出壓縮機爆炸事件，三名傷者送往台大醫院急救，其中一人生命垂危，恐需葉克膜急救。

醫師曾以「情況有點複雜」來形容這三人傷勢；據了解，除了一名傷者較嚴重外，另外兩名傷者已轉往燒燙傷病房，雖然插管，但生命跡象穩定。

【黃馨儀／台北報導】為避免10月電價調漲衝擊物價，經濟部次長杜紫軍今再邀16家連鎖零售業者舉行「電價調整與穩定物價座談會」。杜紫軍呼籲業者在電價與時薪「雙漲」下，希望業者先選高單價或奢侈品來漲，平價的民生必需品則不要調整！統一超商公關經理林立莉表示，2年多來門市已推「天天量販價」促銷，如今電價將漲，未來4800家門市1年增2.88億元電費，「相當可觀」，但仍「不敢亂漲，只能含淚吞下」！

為穩定物價，杜紫軍昨邀請包括統一超、萊爾富、全家、OK超商，太平洋SOGO、新光三越、統一阪急、101百貨公司，松青、全聯社超市，還有家樂福、愛買、大潤發大賣場等16家業者與會，說明10月電價漲幅調整方案。
 
杜紫軍表示，若發現上游供應商有不合理的漲價情況，一定要向政府反映，相關單位也會介入調查。杜紫軍也呼籲，希望業者提供平價商品或成立抗漲價專區，讓民生消費必需品仍維持平價；若真的要反映物價，希望以「高單價」或「奢侈品」來反映，希望較平價的民生必需品不要調漲，才不會造成民心波動。
 
台北101協理劉家豪則表示，10月電價調漲當然會導致電費增加，但購物商場已有節能減碳措施，例如將壓縮冷氣機改成變頻冷氣，年省400~500萬元電費。
 
劉家豪指出，目前購物中心的高價商品並無漲價措施，雖然地下街或美食街商品目前也沒聽說漲價計畫，但「還是有壓力、擋不住」！家樂福經理何默真則表示，將成立抗漲專區，不定期推出特惠商品，希望讓民眾「有感」！
