【陳建彰／台北報導】隨著中秋節長假將屆，買盤可能陷入觀望，且外資在連12買之後，力道恐將趨緩，今天台股開盤後一路震盪走低，尤以電子股幾乎全盤皆墨，非電子股走勢平平，終場指數下跌57.16點，收8168.2點，成交值萎縮至648億元。
 
福邦證券分析師陳唯泰認為，國際股市昨天紛紛熄火，現階段外界都在觀察美國及中國對於iPhone 5C預售狀況，台股連續4天拉尾盤後難以為繼，加上資金從電子股轉移至傳產股，但過程中主流股並不明確，造成今天台股量縮回跌，估計外資在連12買後，今天買盤應該會縮手。
 
他建議，中秋節前投資人態度要保守，積極型投資人宜減碼電子股，因為電子股有法人季底結帳的賣壓，可增持相對穩定的傳產及金融股，尤其傳產股有「金九銀十」等中國消費題材。

海兔有點討厭捏~每次要東西或去朋友,分身那邊撿個寶不小心碰到他的身體或屁股就會站在那邊耍可愛
佔了寶物的位置,還要等牠耍完萌才會走...不能直接用撿寶的手 把牠抓起來移到旁邊去一下嗎?
不然電腦已經lag的很厲害了還要等他耍口愛...唉!

改完板後發現現在有海兔的可在[寵物商店]的[我的寵物]裡點海兔續費耶!19元寶15天的樣子...
但在[寵物商店]寵物欄目竟找不到   海兔...

我剛剛去分身那邊撿寶竟發現這隻海兔生的蘿蔔鑽...是bug嗎?
還是我眼花?現在要改成4/4了?

我很喜歡日本電影， 像是平平淡淡別有韻味的小品， 或是色彩濃艷影像風格強烈的愛情故事特別有興趣， 但對動漫改編的電影實在不抱任何期待 覺得這些不外乎是特效假假的沒有fu的自嗨片、熱血青春喜劇、純愛片...... 在進戲院看圖書館戰爭之前， 沒看過小說、漫畫原著的我 對片名充滿的疑惑， 對內容更是興致缺缺...... 但觀影後實在太震撼了! 不論是電影佈景、戰爭場面、故事內涵或是愛情橋段， 都超乎我想像的精彩， 十分感謝拉著我進戲院的友人~~ 讓我沒有因為偏見而錯過這部好電影! 以下微雷 為了保衛珍貴的書籍， 不受媒體良化隊等激進組織銷毀， 圖書隊必須肩擔起保衛書本以及愛書人的重責大任， 並得以在圖書館內使用武器自衛。 榮倉奈奈飾演的菜鳥隊員， 高中時在書店遇見良化組織查緝書籍時， 受到圖書隊隊員相救， 得以留下寶貴的書籍， 從此他也立下志願要成為圖書館防衛隊的一員。 成為隊員之後， 不僅需要有矯健的身手， 更要精通圖書館管理等相關知識， 讓單純直率的她頭昏腦脹 最讓榮倉奈奈吃足苦頭的， 便是岡田准一飾演的魔鬼教官， 雖然榮倉奈奈身為唯一的女性隊員， 仍然是恨鐵不成鋼， 以最嚴格的標準要求。 在前半段受訓期間的故事劇情， 有著曖昧情感萌芽、還有詼諧逗趣鬥嘴內容， 一切宛如熱血校園喜劇， 突然在年邁圖書館館長的回憶中， 那個企圖以暴力箝制思想的良化組織， 倏地把觀影人拉進劇中的可怕背景-- 被審查機構判定有害的書籍， 便是需要被銷毀的， 若有不從可以以暴力對待之， 甚至不惜血洗圖書館....... 在電影虛空構築的世界中， 人物們各個個性鮮明又討喜， 看著這些受人喜愛的腳色們為了捍衛自由， 維護閱讀的權益， 真的十分感動。 而這個虛構的世界以及故事 卻意外地和現在的社會時事呼應， 不理會律法強取豪奪傷害人的一方， 能夠心安理得地繼續為所欲為， 一般大眾卻認為事不關己， 繼續冷眼旁觀， 直到自己的權益在不知不覺中被偷走...... 也許是因為自己懇切希望現實生活中， 也有能夠像圖書隊一樣能夠捍衛人民權益的政府組織， 這也許是我特別喜愛這部電影的原因吧! 除了故事極具深度， 電影本身也極具娛樂性， 逼真的戰爭場面非常值得親臨大螢幕體驗! 鄭重推薦圖書館戰爭!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.249.173.35 ※ 編輯: holly77610 來自: 111.249.173.35 (09/14 00:27)

中選會副主委劉義周13日下午表示，地方法院裁准立法院長王金平繼續保留行使國民黨黨員職權的假處分，王金平的相對人是國民黨，應由國民黨證明政黨與黨員的關係，與中選會的職權無關，也不影選罷法的效力。

中選會官員表示，依公職人員選罷法，當中選會收到國民黨送到的「王金平喪失黨籍證明書」，王金平就已喪失立委資格。中選會已行文立法院，要求註銷王金平不分區立委名籍，但目前立法院尚未回函。

內政部說，選罷法目前的效力仍在，即不全國分區立委喪失黨籍之日起，即喪失立委資格。
