餐廳名稱：高記復興店 消費時間：2013年08月 地址：台北市大安區復興南路一段150號1樓 電話：(02)2751-9393 營業時間：11:00~22:00 圖文版網誌：http://blog.yam.com/luckbear123/article/68972877 高記復興店 營業電話：(02)2751-9393 營業地址：台北市大安區復興南路一段150號1樓 營業時間：11:00~22:00 【忠孝復興美食】高記復興店 八月份因為貪吃加上與朋友的聚餐 所以兩度造訪了復興南路上的高記 高記的上海鐵鍋生煎包真是減肥者的大敵阿 高記復興店位在忠孝復興站旁的黃金地段 價位不算低室內的用餐環境也有一定的水準 座位或是走道的空間都還蠻寬敞的 青椒牛肉炒飯 NT.180 炒飯雖然油了點也貴了些 不過很好吃也是真的 但是下回還是把錢省下來點其他菜色囉 原盅牛肉湯 NT.180 清燉的牛肉湯雖然小小的一碗 但富含膠質的牛肉也有三四塊份量不算少 如果再加點刀削麵就是一碗好吃的清燉牛肉麵了 左宗棠雞球 NT.340 相當重口味油、鹹、甜的組合 不過雞肉好嫩很順口 月眉淨素蒸餃 NT.200 內餡有青江菜、粉絲、豆干、香菇等 吃起來有點油膩各人不是很喜歡 上海鐵鍋生煎包 NT.200 來到高記不能錯過的就是鐵鍋生煎包 光是看發燙冒煙的鐵鍋上桌就覺得很過癮 鮮美的肉餡加上焦脆的外皮 怎麼吃都不會膩的好口味 紅燒獅子頭 NT.300 聽說這道菜也是招牌的料理 第二次造訪的選菜偏向蔬食類的料理 蘆筍鮮百合 NT.320 除了蘆筍與百合之外還加了彩椒增色 我不是很喜歡百合的口感 不過蘆筍倒是鮮嫩好吃 紹興醉雞捲 NT.340 醉雞捲的口感會比較緊實一點 如果跟類似的料理相較之下 我還是喜歡單純去骨的大雞腿多些 干貝情人瓜 NT.280 絲瓜、干貝絲與香菇加起來就是鮮美 些許的勾芡吃起來少了點清爽感 不過拌飯吃可是相當開胃的 蘆筍菲力炒糕 NT.240 不知道為什麼看到菜單上有菲力兩個字就很想點 最後選了這個菲立炒糕來嚐嚐味道 炒糕帶點嚼勁牛肉有嫩蘆筍也爽口 但是偏甜與油是上海菜的特色 上海鐵鍋生煎包　NT.200 招牌菜色當然是每次造訪都必點的 能吃辣的千萬別忘了請店家送上特製的辣醬 加了豆鼓與蒜的辣醬很對味 酸肚鮮蛤湯 NT.280 蛤蜊加上酸菜與豬肚的奇妙組合 酸菜的鹹度酸味都不會過重搶戲 跟蛤蜊的鮮甜滋味搭配起來相當的清爽 重口味且偏甜還有油多是上海菜的特色 雖然不見得每道菜都會合胃口 但是偶而來嚐嚐不同的料理也是不錯的感覺囉 高記復興店 營業電話：(02)2751-9393 營業地址：台北市大安區復興南路一段150號1樓 營業時間：11:00~22:00 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.241.127.134
