育富上半年毛利率20.49%，稅後純益4,382萬元，每股稅後純益0.41元；毛利率比2012年同期下滑0.2個百分點，稅後純益衰退41.66%。

育富第2季稅後純益1,977萬元，比上季及2012年同期各減少17.78%、53.75%，創十季新低，每股稅後純益0.19元。

育富第2季營收1.82億元，毛利率15.35%；營收低於上季、2012年同期各11.88%、22.23%，創逾30季新低，毛利率也各下滑9.66、4.95個百分點，創16季新低。

【綜合報導】俄羅斯中部城市大諾夫哥羅德(Veliky Novgorod)，當地時間13日凌晨3點左右，一精神療養院發生大火，目前已知至少造成37人死亡。

消防人員徹夜打火，順利救出23人，根據初步調查顯示，大火是從一男性病房傳出，迅速蔓延燒光這只有一層樓的建築物，失火原因應是病人在床上抽菸，床墊不慎著火導致，當局已成立犯罪專案小組調查，消防人員表示先前已因安全問題，要求這家精神療養院關閉，在2014年8月前完成遷移，沒想到在遷移前就傳出失火意外，將醫院燒成灰燼。

基隆市博愛市場2007年發生火警，起火點是王姓業者承租攤位的冰櫃。市府等到台灣高等法院判決定讞後，才在今年7月向基隆地方法院提出民事賠償告訴，要求王姓業者支付1318萬元修復經費。

基隆地院12日公布判決，法官在判決書中指出，市府最遲在2009年12月28日就知道王姓業者有賠償責任，因未在法定2年內求償，判決市府敗訴。
