標題[徵求] 平日白天一起上丙級美容課的同伴

徵求類別: 揪團上課 地點: 台南市東區 開山路附近 徵求內容: 社區大學有經驗的老師 願意幫我授課 不過要找到兩位學員以上 才能邊上課邊互相練習 目前只有我一人 所以還要找個志同道合的伙伴 上課時間 可選： 星期三 早上9:30-12:30 （9/18開課） 星期四 下午1:00-4:30 （9/26開課） 大約十二堂課 含模擬考 朋友有上過課 老師不推銷 而且兩位朋友都有順利拿取執照 材料可自備 或請老師幫忙向學姐買二手 或代購方式 開課前 需一起再向老師約時間討論一些上課該注意的事項（時間彈性） 因為離預計開課時間已近 所以要快點決定喔～ 需要課程內容者 請寄信到 yangpeijung529@gmail.com -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.255.235.103

財政部年底前提報財政健全方案

財政部長張盛和下午宣布，年底前將向行政院提報「財政健全方案」，若無政策主導性，將朝全民釋股方向；政府各部會目前持股市值共新台幣1.7兆元、9800多萬股，數十家公司，應對持股政策全盤檢討。

張盛和表示，他可以「斬釘截鐵」地說，台灣金控有「18趴」政策任務，「絕對不可能釋股」。

【翁琬柔／綜合報導】日本「拇指名模」益若翼為了5歲的兒子化身 辣媽，昨天在部落格上傳到帶兒子到游泳池戲水的照片， 身材嬌小的她換上紅色圓點泳裝，展露玲瓏有緻的身材， 不過強調要給兒子「美好夏日回憶」的她，卻畫著全妝入水， 讓人佩服她真的有夠愛漂亮。
 
益若翼為日本人氣名模，還自創化妝品品牌， 凡是她在雜誌示範穿戴的服裝、飾品立刻大賣，估計經濟效益達50 0億日圓(約158.6億元台幣)，因此贏得「百億女孩」稱號。 許多網友看他百忙之中還抽空帶兒子到泳池玩耍，紛紛留言誇她是「 好媽媽」。

昨新增4例鼬獾確診狂犬病

【張博亭／台北報導】狂犬病中央流行疫情指揮中心今上午表示，昨新增4例鼬獾確診狂犬病，分別來自南投縣鹿谷鄉2例、水里鄉1例，以及台東縣關山鎮1例，目前動物病例包括128例鼬獾、1支錢鼠，以及1支米克斯幼犬確診感染狂犬病，案例發生地區為9縣市47鄉鎮。

指揮中心表示，針對動物狂犬病案例發生及高風險地區，將再核撥8500劑公費動物用狂犬病疫苗供鼬獾出沒區犬貓施打，另將提供720劑疫苗給民間動物收容所犬貓施打，提升犬貓狂犬病疫苗的覆蓋率。

瑞信：雖有政爭紛擾　無礙台股攻8500點

【劉煥彥／台北報導】瑞信投資銀行部亞太區董事總經理Albert Park下午在瑞信亞洲科技論壇記者會中表示，政治因素對台股僅短期干擾，且美國量化寬鬆政策傳出退場後，台灣由於貨幣及經濟基本面相對穩定，成為國際資金從東南亞股市轉進東北亞的重要據點，預期未來12個月台股將有不錯表現。
 
Albert Park說：「台股價位已反映今年中國經濟成長趨緩的預期，且歐洲經濟觸底止穩，美國持續復甦，歐美經濟對台股助益將超過中國的影響。」
 
瑞信台股策略分析師許忠維預期，由於科技股基期較低及年底有新品上市題材，年底前科技股表現空間大於傳產及金融股，但受電價及基本工資調升與奢侈稅議題影響，先前金管會推出的台股3箭措施，最快要到2014上半年，才能明顯提振股市量能，他維持年底8500點的台股目標。
