佳士得拍賣公司將於9月26日在上海靜安香格里拉酒店舉行拍賣會。

這是佳士得在大陸舉行的首場拍賣，拍品涵蓋亞洲當代藝術、歐洲印象派及現代藝術、美國戰後及當代藝術、瑰麗珠寶及翡翠首飾、精緻名表、珍稀名釀及裝飾藝術等類別，總估價約1億人民幣。

佳士得另推出私人洽購展，類別橫跨中國當代水墨、印象派及現代藝術、戰後及當代藝術和珠寶首飾。此次拍賣期間，佳士得「香港珠寶首飾」網上拍賣也將於9月19日至10月3日期間舉行，而「安迪‧沃荷與佳士得」中國網上拍賣專場則將於9月24日至10月4日舉行。

友達光電總經理彭双浪指出，台灣面板產業將面臨更嚴苛的挑戰，與大陸ECFA後續談判遲遲未納入面板課稅議題，台廠競爭力正在流失。

中國電子網報導，大陸面板廠產能在市場占比，從去年22％提高至今年的31％；全球市場占比也從去年20％增至今年的25％。

大陸為保護面板業，已將面板進口關稅，從去年3％提升至5％，當前更計畫提高到8％。

彭双浪直指，在目前的平板電視液晶面板市場上，不安裝背光板的半成品「Open Cell」關稅為5％，從後段模組角度來看，調整後實際影響約2%多，「微利時代，成本就是競爭力，若是關稅未能取得優勢，競爭力就會有影響。」

群創總經理王志超也表示，台灣面板與大陸關稅問題，早該在兩至三年前就該談了，現在談已經太晚。

台廠除得面對關稅與市占遭侵蝕，還要面臨三星與樂金顯示器在大陸也投資面板廠的競爭。

三星除了入股華星光電，南韓與大陸接續也要簽自由貿易協定（FTA），韓廠競爭力將高於台廠，業者期待經濟部在與大陸在ECFA後續談判時，能將面板關稅納入談判重點。

經濟部國貿局長張俊福則回應，將協助廠商爭取有利空間。對於關稅談判的早與晚，大家看法不一，政府會盡可能協助廠商爭取有利空間。
