廠牌: ACER 型號: V3-571G (非FHD) 購入日期: 2013/3/6 距上次使用正常時間: 天天 OS版本: Win8 平常作業內容: 上網 有無內建還原功能(Y/N): Y 規格:I5-3210M 2.5GHz 顯卡是 GT630M 2G獨顯 4G RAM 問題內容: 前幾天問了一次WIFI問題(就是會不定時顯示 已限制)，已確認過WIFI沒問題，而且我離 AP也很近，通常使用10~30分鐘就會發生，然後大約不到2分鐘就會自己好了 但這樣真的很麻煩 很抱歉不到幾天又PO了一次，因為我遇到一個特別的問題 首先，我有重灌驅動，無解，我灌的版本以下 qualcomm atheros ar5bwb222 wireless network adapter Wireless LAN_Atheros_10.0.0.225 以下來說明我遇到的特別問題 當我會遇到這種問題時，我發現都是在，沒接插頭時才會發生的(儘管電池100%) 當我一接上插頭使用，就完全不會有 已限制 這個問題 我也有把以下打勾取消了(如圖) https://www.dropbox.com/s/8elrf3c5y3ikv69/WIFI.jpg 不知有沒有人和我遇到一樣奇特的問題 我看我過幾天還是送去直營店給他們看看為甚麼不接上電源都會發生這問題好了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.120.240

【陳冠宇／新北報導】昨天晚間9時許，新北市土城區的塑膠資源回收廠發生火警，竄出大量濃煙，警消抵達後趕緊進行搶救，約於15分鐘內控制火勢，趕來現場的楊姓負責人說，回收廠約晚上六點就關門休息，他實在也不知為何起火，警消表示，現場燃燒面積約10坪，但由於堆放大量易燃的塑膠回收品，火勢控制後仍持續撒水降溫，避免火勢復燃，詳細起火原因仍待查明。

我原本將電腦設定成Wifi基地台，可是妹妹跟我說她連我電腦的Wifi雖然顯示滿格但還是沒有辦法上網。 所以我就去網路共和中心將"區域網路*2"停用，想說等一下再啟動就可以了! 可是停用之後"區域網路*2"卻不見了。 之後按了命令提示字元(系統管理員)輸入netsh wlan start hostednetwork，但它卻顯示"無法啟動主控網路。 群組或資源不是處在執行要求操作的正確狀態。" 我不知道要怎麼解決，可以幫幫我嗎？ 謝謝你。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.227.190.230

【姚惠珍／台北報導】立法院長王金平陷入政治風暴，牽動近日生技股表現疲弱，王金平若請辭是否會牽動原訂本會期通過的第2類醫材納入生技新藥產業發展條例的修法生變，甚至進一步衝擊生技產業的發展，備受關注。對此，政務委員張善政表示，「法案通過本來就沒有打包票的，立法院的事情還是要靠共識，不過，生技產業推動是靠不同部會共同努力，同乘一條船，每個拿槳的人都有功勞，這個過度期應該很快就過去。」　
 
甫於9月2日與立法院長王金平共同出席「生醫政策33項政策屆滿周年」的政務委員張善政，上午出席「台灣瑞士生醫週」活動會後，對於記者提問立法院長王金平陷入政治風暴，已對生技股價產生衝擊時表示：「心裡作用難免，但是產業實質基礎不錯，應該是短期現象，過度期應該很快就會過去」。張善政指出，過去生策會推生技產業政策是大家共同努力，院長王金平是最後臨門一腳出來讓大家感受到重視，但是33項生醫政策每一項都是不同部會努力推動，「就像大家同乘一條船，每一個划船拿槳的人都有功勞。」
 
至於，立法院長王金平先前表示第2類醫材納入生技新藥產業發展條例的修法將會在本會期通過一事，張善政表示：「（法案通過）原來也沒打包票，我覺得立法院的事情還是要共識，沒有什麼打包票，就是要溝通，而生技業最近發展，我覺得會讓委員覺得應該要支持此修正案通過。」　
 
而財團法人生物技術開發中心董事長李鍾熙則肯定立法院長王金平多年來對於推動生技產業發展的努力，但他也認為整個生技產業發展迄今，是法規、人才以及臨床實驗等多項因素經過十多年來推動而來，「要推動不容易，但現在推動起來了應該就會持續發展，也不會因為一件事情就停下來。」　
　　
至於第2類醫材納入生技新藥產業發展條例的修法一事，李鍾熙則表示9月2日談及此話題時除了立法院長王金平在場之外，行政院長江宜樺也在場，因此認為應該按照原定進度於本會期通過，不會有太大變化才對。

蘋果新品發表會即將登場，蘋果股價收復500美元大關，連帶拉抬那斯達克指數再次登上13年來新高，今年以來上漲22%，費城半導體指數漲勢一樣凌厲，漲幅高達25%，連袂超越道瓊及美國標準普爾500指數（S&P 500）的14%及17%，帶動19檔境外科技基金績效紅通通，今年以來全面交出正報酬，平均漲幅逼近二成。

摩根美國科技基金經理人葛雷哥‧托特（Greg Tuorto）指出，蘋果將於9月10日發表升級版iPhone 5S和平價版的iPhone 5C，睽違一年後的新品登場，不但引起市場關注，也提振投資信心，推升蘋果股價重返500美元大關，那斯達克指數也漲升回應。

平價版iPhone5C將是蘋果提升市占率及反攻新興市場的利器，而升級版iPhone 5S推出，強化蘋果維持高階智慧型手機市場的領先地位。托特表示，蘋果股價已沉寂許久，新品發表將為股價帶來上漲動能，在比價效應帶動下，美國科技股可望水漲船高，搭配第4季旺季題題，後市表現看俏。
