【大紀元2013年09月11日訊】山西女商人丁書苗涉鐵道部特大窩案被正式公訴，不日開審。據大陸媒體披露，丁供稱曾找女藝人供前鐵道部長劉志軍淫樂，包括其投資的新版《紅樓夢》劇組的女演員。在《紅》劇中飾演晴雯的楊冪近日委託律師發聲明，公開否認與劉志軍有關，並欲追究造謠者的法律責任。

楊冪聲明將法律處理

9月8日，楊冪委託律師發聲明，聲明說：「楊冪女士近日於相關媒體及互聯網上發現了有關『楊冪女士與劉志軍案有關』之新聞內容及評論，更有不明真像的網民通過博客、微博等平台對上述新聞內容進行轉發、轉載和鏈接，併進行惡意評價。經楊冪女士證實，上述新聞內容純係『無中生有』的謠言，楊冪女士與劉志軍案無任何關聯，更不存在新聞內容中描述的事實。上述虛假新聞的製造、發佈及個別網民對該虛假新聞的擴散行為已嚴重侵犯了楊冪女士的名譽，損害了楊冪女士的公眾形象。楊冪女士已對上述侵權行為進行了證據保全，楊冪女士保留追究侵權者法律責任的權利。」

另有熟悉內情的媒體中人為楊冪喊冤：倘若楊肯犧牲的話，當初就不至於只扮演晴雯這個丫環角色。

事件起因

近日，財經類網站證券之星發佈新聞稱：「知情人曾爆料劉志軍曾在酒店嫖宿多名女性，其中就有知名演員楊冪。之前就有傳劉志軍寵幸過紅樓夢劇組女演員，而楊冪作為當家花旦當然難逃魔掌。」

而早在2011年就有大陸女詩人趙麗華在網上實名舉報，稱新版《紅樓夢》女演員跟投資者丁老闆的死黨劉志軍部長上床，並說供劉淫樂的主要是出道不久的女藝人，她們都不是一線演員，觀眾對她們陌生。該消息曾一度引起轟動。

（軍聞社記者姜大宇屏東十日電）民國一０二年「核安第十九號演習」今天在屏東縣恆春鎮核三廠舉行，驗證核安事故發生時各項緊急應變計畫，以及總體災害狀況處置能力。

　首日的演習是模擬恆春西南海域發生強震引發海嘯，核電三廠後備電源喪失，機組無法有效冷卻爐心，由電廠人員演練嚴重核子事故影響評估、控制搶修、機組斷然處置作業，並進行異地異廠緊急調度搶修。

　一連兩天的核安演習，明天將由三六、三九化學兵群、航空特戰指揮部飛訓部、空軍救護隊、中科院等單位，實地演練輻射偵測與輻傷偵檢消除後送及除汙作業，以及民眾撤離、收容、交通管制和警戒等作為，以協助地方政府事故處理，減少損害，維護社會安定，確保民眾安全。
