小米訴求的47吋、1920x1080的螢幕分辨率、3D、聯網等行銷重點，均符合大陸消費者購買意願。反應出小米電視硬體行銷策略，從內部的4P到客戶的4C策略方向明確，十分符合中國消費者的胃口。

市調機構TrendForce旗下WitsView認為，小米電視不僅代表網路電視的趨勢發展，更提前引爆IT品牌與CE品牌兩大勢力在產品競爭將愈加激烈。

元大寶來全球短期收益基金經理人張勝原表示，上周美國公布非農就業報告，新增就業僅16.9萬人，低於市場預期，同時前兩個月份新增人數亦呈現下修，顯示勞動市場僅為溫和改善。

雖然就業數據並未改變投資人對9月聯準會縮減量化寬鬆（QE）規模的預期，但聯準會在QE 縮減力道將較輕微，對金融市場的衝擊也將大幅降低。

張勝原指出，9月初投資人曾擔憂5、6月的恐慌性債券拋售潮可能重演，但目前10年期美債殖利率位於2.92%，相較4月時低點1.63%，已明顯彈升超過1%，顯示部分退場預期已反應在市場價格；另一方面，債券型基金資金流量在近期呈現穩定，顯示投資人對QE退場的恐慌已淡化。

因此，考量美國投資等級債券收益率已由年初的2.77%上升至3.64%，並且具有良好的信用品質，市場可望在利率波動度降低後，年底前補漲行情可期。

【楊喻斐／台北報導】受惠於英特爾Haswell新平台開始出貨，滲透率不斷提升，IC載板廠南電（8046）8月營收以33.08億元創下近2年來新高水準，月增率達15.81%，年增率30.75%。

南電營運逐漸走出低潮，8月營收達33.08億元，不但創下近2年來新高，亦呈現連續6個月上揚的姿態，儘管個人電腦市況不佳，不過在英特爾新平台Haswell持續出貨帶動下，IC載板的出貨表現跟著回溫，在印刷電路板的部分，由於消費性電子、遊戲機以及網通等需求成長，也同步推升營收成長。

法人預估，南電第3季營收將順利突破90億元，季增率約近20%，且隨著稼動率攀高，單季營運亦可以順利轉虧為盈。南電累計前8月營收204.78億元，較去年同期微增2.89%。

【綜合報導】網路上有位瘋狂女假面小希，穿著打扮都像日本漫畫人物「瘋狂假面」，這幾個月不少活動都邀她出席，像是最近舉辦的泡泡趴，就找她當台北場的嘉賓。

假面小希每次出場都是目光焦點，這次上台站在泡泡發射機後面，不斷發射泡泡，讓全場男粉絲為之瘋狂，其實7月份登場的夏日女神祭，當初是日本5位AV女神來台灣，小希也有到場，引起的騷動差一點就贏過女神們，人氣相當旺。有網友說，其實小希本人很可愛，臉書上不少照片都很清新，建議小希可以多元發展。

【詹智淵／彰化報導】傳出騷擾歌手蕭敬騰，不但砸錢當贊助商，還搬到蕭住家樓下當鄰居的日本富家千金小姐蔭山友紀，今參加「2013世界媽祖會北港」活動，跟著湄洲媽祖神轎遶境到彰化。

身穿日本和服的友紀吸引大批路人目光、不斷有人要求合照，還有熱心信徒送上平安符、香包等祈福用品，更有人擔心友紀肚子餓，送上車輪餅。

來自大阪的蔭山友紀(29歲）說，幾年前在電視上看媽祖相關報導，覺得有所感應，這次專程跟團從台中到大陸湄洲迎接媽祖，並全程參與，希望讓自己身體不好、常氣喘、體力不佳的情況有所改善。

被問到是否有騷擾蕭敬騰，友紀重申說，買屋前根本不知道蕭住在樓上，她雖是歌迷、也很喜歡蕭，但不曾騷擾過，只有一次看到報導得知蕭受傷，才上樓按門鈴響想表示關心，卻被蕭的經紀人誤認成騷擾，十分無奈。
