記者王鼎鈞／連線報導 立法院長王金平涉關說案，馬英九總統昨日親自召開記者會發出「沉痛聲明」，行政院長江宜樺今（9）日電話受訪表示，不管王金平是否繼續擔任院長，立法院動盪難免，他期待透過此案學到寶貴經驗，對於預算、法案的審議，會有新局面。 江宜樺表示，國民黨考紀會開會前，不管結果如何，立法院動盪難免，萬一王院長因為這件事離開院長職務，或雖然仍當院長，但是在公正性受質疑下主持議事和預算審查，各界一定會有很多爭議。 他說，行政部門作為立法部門監督的對象，要將預算、法律案送交立法院審議，卻也要同時捲入審議是否帶著關說影響在裡面，這對國家發展非常不利。 江宜樺說，他有信心，在這事件後會有新的局面，在這短期動盪後，從這案子學到寶貴的經驗，將來用公平透明的議事程序，對預算的審議、解凍案要有該有的做法，不讓行政部為預算解凍或法案的通過，必須付出額外代價；「這種新議事文化的形成，是我們可以期待的」。 至於會不會因為關說案子影響預算案的審查，他說，一般認為會有影響，對院長的去留也會有所討論，朝野黨團對於這些法案的態度和表决策略，未來議事文化或許會不同，無從預測，但會做好心理準備，繼續推動國家政務。 江宜樺還說，短期陣痛在所難免，但為了維護司法獨立公正性而言，這是大是大非的問題，必須要去承受。

記者林修卉／台北報導 前民進黨主席蔡英文9日指出，國家元首指控立法院長關說，將解決公共議題的責任導向政治爭議，又挑起陷國家於混亂的政爭，「這樣的領導人如何有能力繼續治理國家？」她認為，這是台灣的悲哀。 蔡英文表示，日本因為申辦2020年奧運成功而舉國歡騰，台灣卻因為領導人的整肅異己而致司法蒙羞，國家動盪，社會撕裂不安，這是台灣的悲哀，不能再繼續坐視不顧。 蔡英文指出，這段時間以來，執政者無法有效處理台灣面對的諸多公共議題，引發社會的不斷爭議與激烈對立，也因此刺激公民意識的覺醒及社會力的蓬勃發展；作為國家領導人理應在此關鍵時刻，和社會共同努力，凝聚共識，化解各種紛爭，促使國家繼續向前行。 蔡英文說，然國家元首反而以非合法取得、未經檢驗的證據，極端刻薄的手段，為一己的政治利益，挑起政治鬥爭及朝野對立，尤其是在過程中揮之不去非法監聽的陰影、特偵組角色混亂涉入政爭、司法和國家機器受到執政者的操弄，對國家造成莫大的傷害，也讓台灣再次蒙上白色恐怖的陰影。

記者康仁俊／台北報導 立法院長王金平因遭控涉入民進黨立委柯建銘司法關說案，遭到總統、國民黨主席馬英九嚴辭抨擊，由於王金平在2007年曾被外傳可能與馬英九代表國民黨搭檔參選正副總統時，熱愛布袋戲的王金平還曾引用戲偶「一頁書」的名言，更以「素還真」暗喻「做領袖要有寬廣心胸與視野」，如今馬英九重批王金平，讓馬王心結再度浮上檯面。 時間拉到2007年5月5日，當時外界認為馬王可能搭檔參選，王金平在接受媒體訪問時表示，王、馬配的問題現在還不是說的時候，時間到了，就會公開說明，因為一頁書的名言就是「世事如棋，乾坤莫測，笑盡英雄」。 王金平說，一頁書是真正看得出社會事的人，武藝高超、智謀充足，修養好、幫助善良人，社會需要這種人，盡力為社會和諧、清靜、安定努力。 而王金平也隱喻霹靂布袋戲主角素還真說，做領袖要有寬廣心胸與視野，為社會主持正義，兩個主角都是他非常敬仰的人。 王金平的說法，當時被認為是以「一頁書」自居，而馬英九則是「素還真」，儘管後來王金平在另一項場合中認為這樣的比喻「並不妥當」，不過他也說一頁書是有慈悲心的修行者，靈氣高、有智慧，而素還真有運籌帷握的能力，兩人在戲中都是要充份結合才能伸張正義、打倒惡勢力；而他與馬英九毫無疑問地也必須團結。

大陸官方媒體「全球時報」9日的社論指出，東京奧運能不能成功，要看日本是否承認二戰的侵略罪行而定。
社論說：「日本應學習表現好的行為舉止。」如果日本政治人物繼續參拜靖國神社，世人會重新考慮，「一個向殘酷戰爭罪犯致敬的國家，是否有資格主辦以和平與和協為宗旨的（奧運）活動。」（法新社）

開車撞巴黎珠寶店劫走200萬歐元珠寶

巴黎警方表示，四名搶匪9日清晨開一輛四輪傳動車撞一家高級珠寶店，把門窗撞破後，搶走價值200萬歐元的珠寶和高級手表。
搶匪在得手後，放火燒了四輪傳動車，開另一輛車揚長而去。
這是法國近日第二起珠寶搶劫案，前不久，坎城的珠寶商遭劫，損失慘重。（法新社）

這兩家航空公司螺絲是不是鬆了？復興航空連續兩個月，發生起飛前空服員誤觸逃生梯事件，導致飛機延遲起飛，訓練明顯不足，但更誇張的是遠東航空，五月中一架台北往馬公班機，在降落機場時，機師看不見跑道還冒險進場，甚至違反規定順風降落，雖然人機平安，但也讓民眾痛批這是拿人命開玩笑。
復興航空七月才發生空服員誤開艙門，導致逃生滑梯彈出的事件，沒想到上個月澳門飛桃園班機，又再度上演，這回耽誤三個多小時才起飛，相關人員已經遭到處份會再加強訓練。
不過更誇張的是遠東航空，在五月19號，一架台北飛馬公班機，當時馬公機場跑道正在維修，當地正在下雨又起霧視線不佳，但機師仍決定順風降落，明顯違反應該逆風降落的規定，民眾痛批拿人命開玩笑。
民航局事後調查發現，飛機下滑角度、速度都不穩定，本該重飛卻沒重飛，嚴重可能會造成飛安意外，甚至還傳出當時視線不佳，駕駛抱著試試看心態，冒險落地，遠航特別澄清解釋，遠航副總盧紀融，雖然對正副駕駛各開罰六萬元，也降職處分，不過飛安品質可不容許一點閃失。

除巨石近尾聲 周日可望通行

民視 –
台2線濱海公路上的巨石拆除工程，在經過施工人員努力趕工下，巨石已經剩下1/3，從山下幾乎已經看不到巨石，基隆市府工務處表示15日前，應該可以恢復台2線的雙向通行。
台2線濱海公路的落石現場，還聽得到怪手挖掘的聲音，原本還在山崖上，搖搖欲墜的兩千噸巨石，現在在山下幾乎已經看不到了，跟上週四相比，可以看見山坡明顯凹了一個大洞，原本的巨石不見了，再從制高點來看，只剩下怪手還在上面作業，原本是巨石的地方，現在變成了一個平坦的平台。
施工人員在下方勘查狀況，巨石敲完後，山壁上還有一些，有墜落風險的石頭，也會一併敲掉，只希望能在下週日之前，讓台二線順利通車，恢復附近居民的正常生活。
