【綜合報導】北京大學迎新搞創意，在第二教學樓上掛的眾多繪畫書法作品中，有學生發現，有四幅書法作品寫的是網路熱門用語，其中一幅寫着「圖樣圖森破」，即英文的「too young too simple」（太年輕，太簡單）普通話諧音，正是13年前，時任中共總書記江澤民，教訓香港記者的用詞。

這幅充滿調侃意味的書法引起北大學子圍觀，校方發現不妥，於前日將它拿下，2000年10月中共總書記江澤民，在人民大會堂接見赴京述職的時任行政長官董建華時，香港有線電視女記者追問他是否欽點董建華做第二任特首，江澤民勃然大怒，當眾教訓女記者，用了英文「too young」、「too simple」和「naive（幼稚）」形容記者。

當時江澤民教訓記者的短片播出後，輿論譁然，他訓導記者的那兩句英文也隨之成為網路流行語。北大迎新用江澤民的名句作為書法裝飾，引起眾多學子好奇圍觀，校方覺得不妥拆除，也在網上引起熱議。

金價從兩週低點彈漲，銅期貨攀漲，因美國上個月就業人數增幅低於分析師預期，提振聯邦準備理事會（Fed）維持經濟刺激措施的預期，拉抬黃金作為保值工具的需求。

美國政府昨天公布的數據顯示，就業人數增加16.9萬人，7月增幅則下修至10.4萬人。彭博社彙整96位經濟師的預估中值為攀升18萬人。金價今年至今累跌17%，市場揣測聯準會最快這個月會縮減購債措施規模為部分原因。

紐約12月交割的期金上漲1%，收每盎司1386.50美元。盤中金價一度觸及1358.80美元，創8月22日以來最低水準。金價較兩年前締造的1923.70美元空前高點跌落28%。

紐約12月交割的期銅揚升0.5%，收每磅3.2615美元，為8月16日以來首見的週線漲幅。期銅今年至今累跌11%。

倫敦3個月交割的期銅上漲0.7%，收每公噸7160美元（每磅3.25美元）。庫存減少0.5%至60萬275公噸。

聯準會官員正在考慮經濟復甦是否能為縮減每個月850億美元購債規模做擔保。決策者將在17日展開為期兩天的例會。金價從2008年12月到2011年6月這段期間計漲70%，因聯準會經由購債挹注逾2兆美元到金融體系中。

金價從6月寫下的34個月低點反彈18%，因亞洲珠寶、金條和金幣銷售飆升。美國恐因敘利亞動用化學武器對付平民，而攻打敘利亞的疑慮，推高金屬作為避風港的需求。

12月交割的期銀攀漲2.7%，收每盎司23.891美元。

紐約10月交割的白金期貨上揚0.9%，收每盎司1495.70美元。12月交割的期鈀揚升1.4%，收每盎司696.85美元。期鈀前6個交易日均收跌，創近16個月來最長的跌勢。

倫敦鎳價創3週來最大漲幅。錫、鋁、鉛和鋅價全數攀漲。

挑戰三連霸的邁阿密熱火，再陷交易流言，美國媒體爆料，夏洛特山貓高層透露，在今年球季球員交易截止日前，他們仍尋求換進熱火前鋒波許 (Chris Bosh)，山貓將送出中前鋒傑佛森(Al Jefferson)。

儘管這項消息來源和說法並不可靠，但傑佛森在低位的進攻能力，以及擅長在籃下進攻的打法，確實是熱火需要，同時也符合熱火總裁萊里 (Pat Riley)經營風格。

傑佛森今年夏天才跟山貓簽下一分三年4100萬美元合約，做為山貓內線主力長人，傑佛森將產生一定作用，波許的打法和狀況，未必比傑佛森更合適山貓，因此也有不少專家認為，這筆交易流言傳得很奇怪。

熱火在邁向三連霸路上，除了穩定核心陣容之外，仍在積極尋求補強和改變，卻是事實，一旦2007年狀元中鋒歐登(Greg Oden)復出表現不盡如人意，熱火再次投入交易市場，改變內線對抗性和競爭力是可以預期的未來。

中職義大球團將於12日邀請熱愛棒球、熱心公益的林杰樑醫師遺孀譚敦慈開球，宣揚醫療自主計畫。

長年為台灣食品安全把關的「俠醫」林杰樑與義大已故總教練徐生明生前皆投身公益，宣揚安寧療護和預立醫療自主計畫(ACP)。

義大球團將於12日在新莊棒球場與安寧基金會合作推出「生命日」，並邀請林杰樑醫師的遺孀譚敦慈站上林醫師生前最熱愛的棒球場，投出為先生圓夢、為生命尊嚴及安寧療護發聲的一球。

同時，長年替安寧基金會代言的「孫叔叔」孫越也將在12日的活動中現身，為這個有意義的活動站台，用全台灣人最熟悉、最能被撫慰的聲音，向徐總及林醫師致敬，並宣導預立醫療自主計畫(ACP)的精神。

【王家俊／台北報導】法務部長曾勇夫遭特偵組揭發涉接受立法院長王金平關說下台，前民進黨主席施明德上午受訪時，把矛頭指向檢察官，應該自我反省，自以為是天子、上帝、正義的天使，一再強調起訴的判罪率有多高，輸了還要起訴、再上訴，上訴還有錢可以拿，被上訴者折磨得不得了，聯電創辦人曹興誠因此不做中華民國人、要去做新加坡人。

施明德是在出席台灣民主基金會活動受訪時說，總統馬英九當機立斷作決定，更應該要求檢察官、恐龍法官反省，他們已經台灣公害之一了，「這些事情是兩面的，我沒也幫王院長講話，要這麼快速指控一個人、馬先生就要快速果斷的做，有沒有思考，檢察官繼續濫權起訴、上訴，你要怎麼辦？正義不是片面的，公理也不是只站在權力的一方。」

【綜合報導】狂犬病中央流行疫情指揮中心今表示，農委會家畜衛生試驗所回溯性檢出2010年7月至今年7月間5隻鼬獾狂犬病陽性病例，通報世界動物衛生組織(OIE)更正我國發生狂犬病的起始日期為2010年7月17日，但OIE回復表示，因該5例鼬獾屬回溯性監測，僅需於案例陳述中敘明即可，無需變更起始日期，因此我國狂犬病發生日期仍為2012年5月23日。  

指揮中心另公布，昨新增2例來自台中市和平區及台東縣東河鄉的鼬獾確診為狂犬病，疫情至今計有123例鼬獾、1例錢鼠染病，案例發生地區仍為9縣市47鄉鎮市。

辦帳號快三年以來第一次發文，我真的不知道排版會是什麼樣子Orz 還請各位見諒(跪 我不知道歌單算不算雷，但還是不要說好了 然後標題好讓我害羞哦哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈(完全沒有害羞樣 主播一出來我真的有驚嚇到，然後就忍不住尖叫了 talking我就講我記得比較清楚的部分（應該有記錯的地方） 怪獸：「你們覺得五月天哪一場會用盡全力？」 大家：「每一場──────」 怪獸：「不是要說場面話啦！今天我一定會用盡全力，因為我的家人都來了！」 　　　「（看向觀眾席）我爸爸、我親戚、（突然轉成台語）哇三叔公！」 然後他等大家被突如其來的台語逗笑之後才說 「沒有啦三叔公是騙你們的！」（三叔公三個字依然台語XDD) 中間忘了(對不起我記性真的很差QQ) 之後怪獸講到棒球 怪獸：「後面那邊是不是棒球場（望遠方）」 大家：「是──────（順著怪獸的視線轉頭看）」 怪獸：「你們現在看不見啦，傻瓜。」 天啊那聲傻瓜溫柔好聽到我當場臉紅了（摀臉） 我長這麼大第一次被說傻瓜還這麼開心!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 之後因為那聲傻瓜重擊到我 所以我只記得怪獸叫大家跟著他喊青棒加油 大家喊完之後他還說好了喊一下下（還是不要喊太大聲我忘了）就好，不然他們 萬一嚇一跳揮棒落空就慘了XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD (偷偷說，我一直到怪獸講完話臉都還是燙的) 中間唱某首歌時，阿信讓每個團員都講了巡迴間印象最深的時刻 大家講完輪到怪獸時，歌曲正好也到了尾聲 阿信：「怪獸。」（看向對方） 怪獸：「啊？」（也看向阿信） 阿信：「你不用說話。」然後怪獸愣了一下，「最後一句讓你唱！」 怪獸：「我ㄎ.......。」 最後他一臉無奈但是很認命的唱完了XDDDDDDDDDD 唱得很好聽，高音也很不錯！(超開心) 有一段talking時瑪莎疑似對著阿信比中指 但是大螢幕切太慢 我只看到收回去的瑪莎的手 第一次演唱會 第一次在PTT發文 第一次打工為了去看五月天演唱會 第一次凌晨才到家 好多好多第一次，說也說不完 可是，我真的很慶幸可以生在有五月天的時代 真的，很謝謝你們。 怎麼辦我好亢奮睡不著啦!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.232.194.164
