【張麗娜／台北報導】疑似涉入關說立委柯建銘案而遭特偵組移送監院調查的法務部長曾勇夫，今在記者會上反擊說「司法會以這樣羅織的方法陷害人家，甚至自家人，感到不齒。」對此，前總統陳水扁兒子陳致中在臉書PO文表示：「今天如果要等到你自己『受害』，才感覺到『迫害』是不對的事，已經太遲了。」

陳致中說，曾經公開指阿扁總統沒生病、與正常人一樣的曾勇夫部長，「你有沒有被司法陷害，我不知道，但我可以清楚告訴你，你所領導的檢察機關，包括特偵組，一直以來就是用『羅織』的方法『陷害』人家，全民皆知，陳總統就是血淋淋的例子。」

【姚瑞宸／新北市報導】針對5日在新竹市棒球場義大vs.兄弟之戰，義大代總教練黃煚隆因抗議被主審布萊恩驅逐出場，及後續發生的兩人肢體衝突事件，中華職棒聯盟今天下午將兩人各打50大板。

義大代總教練黃煚隆，被驅逐出場部分，依中華職規章處以禁賽1場，以身體頂撞裁判部分，禁賽5場、罰金3萬元，合併處分禁賽6場、罰金3萬元。

該場主審布萊恩布萊恩，則被判處禁賽10場、罰金5萬元，並即起降下二軍。
