【綜合報導】法務部長曾勇夫被指控涉接受王金平關說柯建銘案，曾勇夫昨晚9時45分舉行記者會宣布請辭，深夜11時20分在次長陳明堂等陪同下，離開法務部，他眼眶泛淚說：「我把每個人都當好人，別人不把我當好人我也沒辦法，就算害死我，我也把他當好人，只怪我做不好」。

最高檢察署特偵組昨指控，民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘在全民電通背信案更一審被判無罪後，竟與立法院長王金平、法務部長曾勇夫和高檢署檢察長陳守煌聯手關 說，使高檢署檢察官放棄上訴，柯因而無罪定讞。特偵組重批曾、陳「使司法正義蒙羞」，破天荒將兩人分別移送監察院、檢 察官評鑑委員會懲處。

曾勇夫昨晚記者會強調不齒相關指控、絕對清白，但「個人去留不足惜，為避免長官困擾」於是請辭。媒體追問是否遭逼退？他回應：「逼退講得太重，但我不要再多 說。」

周五的美國股市走勢大幅波動。

展望聯準會(Fed)可能延後9月縮減購債計劃，美國股市先是上漲，隨後投資人注意力很快轉移至聖彼得堡的20國高峰會。俄羅斯總統普丁有關支持敘利亞的談話，讓市場大為緊張，道瓊指數一度大跌近150點。

普丁告訴記者說，如果敘利亞遭到攻擊，俄羅斯將持續銷售武器予敘利亞，並提供援助。該談話使得美國股市大幅下跌。但接近中午，三大主要指數均收復跌幅，反彈上揚。

普丁與歐巴馬總統於周五稍早會面。普丁稱這次會晤具有建設性，但他補充說，「他不同意我的意見，我也不同意他的意見。」

普丁發表談話的時間，正值歐巴馬尋求國際與國內支持，對敘利亞採取軍事行動，回應敘國政府上個月涉嫌使用化學武器攻擊自己的平民。

道瓊工業平均指數上漲36.02點或0.24%至14973.50。

Nasdaq指數上漲8.85點或0.24%至3667.64。

S&P 500指數上漲5.37點或0.32%至1660.45。

分析師說，世界領袖對這件事，意見分歧。市場擔憂美國於下周便可能展開攻擊，而美國的攻擊可能遭遇俄羅斯的報復，並促使中國與伊朗亦支持敘利亞。

美國公布8月就業報告不佳，投資人認為Fed本月稍後開始的縮減購債計劃，可能延後。

美國8月新增就業16.9萬人，低於分析師預估的18.5萬人。失業率下降至7.3%，但失業率下降是因勞動力參與率降低。6月與7月新增就業人數亦往下修正。

就業報告公布後，公債價格上漲，殖利率下降。10年期公債殖利率下降至2.9%。投資人可能預期Fed將持續每月購債850億美元。

然而，疲弱的就業報告並未完全清除Fed於本月縮減購債的可能性。

但即使Fed決議本月開始縮減購債，預期也僅是逐步減少，並將發表安撫性談話，避免公債殖利率大幅上升。

個股走勢中，Smith & Wesson (SWHC-US)股價下跌，該槍枝製造商公布本季獲利展望讓人失望。

臉書(Facebook)(FB-US)股價走高。該社群網站上漲至一年高點44.37美元，接近歷史高點45美元。

Smithfield Foods (SFD-US)股價走低，該肉品加工商公布，因對日本，中國，加拿大與俄羅斯出口疲弱，獲利下降。

歐洲股市於下午交易中走高。亞洲股市收盤錯綜。日經指數收低1.5%，但本周大幅上漲。香港恆生指數與上海綜合指數均走高。

俄羅斯總統普亭 (Vladimir Putin) 週五 (6 日) 於 20 國集團 (G20) 高峰會場合對記者表示，若敘利亞遭到美國等外來軍事攻擊，俄羅斯仍將繼續出售武器給敘國。消息引發美股道瓊指數一度大跌 100 多點。

普亭於俄國聖彼得堡舉行的 G20 領袖峰會記者會上透露，他與美國總統歐巴馬(Barack Obama) 已針對敘利亞問題進行私下會談，討論了 2、30 分鐘。他說，敘利亞若出現化學武器攻擊便是「挑釁」，而俄羅斯已持續運送武器給敘利亞以提供援助。但他表示，若美國對敘利亞採取攻擊行動，俄國將不會停止出售武器給敘國並提供協助。  

普亭不諱言，他與歐巴馬意見相左，但這場會晤「充實且具有建設性」。緊接著在記者會上發言的歐巴馬則表示，他與普亭進行了「坦率且具建設性」的討論，儘管兩人對於如何回應敘利亞化武仍無共識，但歐巴馬透露，他們皆同意敘利亞國內基本衝突問題，無法只透過政府輪替來解決；兩人必須攜手努力，來促使衝突各方解決問題。

普亭發言的消息傳出後，美股道瓊工業指數一度大跌 148 點，抹去稍早一度上漲 0.4% 的升勢。所幸稍後跌勢消退，接近午盤指數又翻漲。

歐巴馬在記者會上還表示，G20 國家領袖一致相信，敘利亞出現使用化學武器，而國際規定禁止如此行為，必須捍衛此規定；但各國領袖對於如何透過聯合國來採取行動，仍意見分歧。普亭卻表示，沒有堅定的證據證明敘利亞使用化武，他也反對在聯合國機制之外採取任何行動。

歐巴馬仍須說服美國國會參眾兩院議員，來支持其主張軍事攻擊敘利亞的提案。他今日表示，將在下週二 (10 日) 從白宮對美國民眾發言，說明行動正當性。
