馬政府與中國大陸簽訂兩岸服貿協議，因事先未國內各界充分溝通，被質疑是「黑箱作業」，反黑箱服貿民主陣線今天召開記者會批評，馬政府簽訂服貿協議是黑箱作業，難道年底將簽訂的貨貿協議也要黑箱嗎？

民主陣線召集人賴中強說，台紐簽訂的自由貿易協定中，台灣8,925個關稅項目中，有95%立即降至零關稅，其餘479項將分二至12年降至零關稅，馬政府應誠實告訴人民，兩岸簽訂貨品貿易協定後，有多少項目與比例的大陸進口貨物會立即降為零關稅，又有多少項目、多少比例最終會降為零關稅？

賴中強說，過去兩年馬政府與對岸就貨品貿易協議談了幾次，有那些開放項目，政府應公開談判進度讓人民事先知道，簽訂協議可能造成的衝擊有多大，讓人民有選擇的權利。

標題[請益] 電腦升級 預算7~8K 遊戲機 幻想神域

先附上原本主機內容 升級預算7~8K 基本希望只動CPU、MB、RAM CPU：DualCore Intel Pentium E2160 MB ：Asus P5GC-MX/1333 RAM：DDR2 800 2Gx2 VGA：憾訊 HD6770 1GD5(沿用) OS ： W7 PSU：Antec Neo eco 400w(是否可沿用?) 如果要升級的話，應該是直接從CPU跟MB下手？ I3還是AMD? 還是直接提高預算上I5? MB如果要配的話，有目前可用的MB還可以接IDE光碟機的嗎？ 如果要配的話MB會推薦哪款呢？ 但如果升級相對而言，RAM也要跟著換，要4G還是8G? 如果換以上東西 PSU應該還頂的住? 麻煩大大請給我意見QQ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.127.237.160

【綜合報導】英國警方警告民眾，看到住家外牆出現粉筆塗鴉可要小心了。
 
曼徹斯特警方發現當地竊盜集團，自有一套「達文西密碼」，以符號傳遞訊息，像是在住家外畫上「X」就表示這戶人家值得下手，花辮圖形表示有錢人，書本圖形則表示裡面住的是弱女子，還有英文大寫D上劃一橫，則表示有風險不要下手等。
 
民眾如果發現這些粉筆塗鴉，應先拍照後立即清除，並通報警方，當地警方則會加強巡邏。

借題一問，最近入手一個多月的Altis，也是被我在停車長轉彎時， 不小心A到柱子，造成右後門與葉子板產生大量刮痕，葉子板還凹進去！ 給了兩家TOYOTA原廠估，修好都要8千多！ 因為有保乙式險，業代建議我一年到期再一次修就好，但問題來了...... 如果在一年還沒到期之前，假設車子前方又不小心撞壞得馬上維修， 業代說這樣就只能修車子前方，因為這兩個算單一事件， 沒辦法出一次險把他們全部修好！ 但是，如果把這兩個撞壞的地方撐到年底，就可以用一次險把他們修好... 這意思不就代表，如果我現在被撞壞的右後門與葉子板不出險也不修， 若在未滿一年保險未到期前，車子又有別的地方損傷，也只能修新的損壞處， 然後原本期待滿一年時，再一口氣修好的右後門與葉子板，保險公司也不會買單了... 真的是這樣嗎...所以我真的要賭賭看把舊傷口擺著，撐一年再出險嗎... 感謝指教~ ※ 引述《bigbigboss (陽光運動Tsmc)》之銘言： : 最近訂新車 為了保險的事情在猶豫 : 詢問過原廠與自己找業務報價 乙式大概在8萬5左右 : 丙式大概3萬可以打掉 其他險相對便宜很多就先不討論了 : 我清楚知道乙丙式的差異 : 基本上自己出包的機會極低 雖也不是什麼名貴的車 : 但還是怕被人刮車或被腳踏車撞到 .....等 Orz. : 我第一台車甚至連丙式都沒保........ 運氣好四年來倒也相安無事 : 想聽看看大家的意見 : 自己的條件: : 有自家車庫 : 第一台車開了四年了 算有些經驗了 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.169.14.5
