日本出現了商店紙尿褲缺貨的情況，原因是來自中國的掃貨。面對需求的突變，日本的日用品企業需要採取應對措施。

日本全國的藥妝店和嬰兒用品專賣店全面出現嬰幼兒紙尿褲缺貨的現象。缺貨最為嚴重的是花王的嬰幼兒紙尿褲「妙而舒」（Merries）。從6月下旬開始，以東京都內為主經營的藥妝連鎖店開始對妙而舒實施「1家限購1包」的限購措施。

花王的嬰幼兒紙尿褲「妙而舒」持續缺貨，東京都內有些藥粧店已經開始限購。

在少子化嚴重、嬰幼兒數量停滯不前的日本，為什麼嬰幼兒紙尿褲會突然缺貨？其實，這是因為日本生產的紙尿褲在中國熱銷，出口大幅增加，企業的生產滿足不了需求所致。

自從2008年爆出國產奶粉摻雜有害物質問題之後，在中國，人們對於嬰幼兒產品安全的關注大幅提升。最近，因為安全性好，國外生產的紙尿褲也成了追捧的對象。與中國的國產品相比，外國產品雖然價格高出不少，但為了孩子的健康，多數的父母都不惜花錢。在各大紙尿褲品牌中，銷售額居日本國內榜首的妙而舒更是備受歡迎。

花王從2009年底開始向中國出口日本生產的妙而舒紙尿褲。紙尿褲體積大、售價便宜，本地生產更為有利。於是，2013年花王推出了其中國工廠生產的中國版妙而舒，1片的價格僅相當於進口產品的6成。儘管如此，昂貴的進口產品依然人氣不衰。

倘若是花王自行出口，只要調整出口到海外的數量，日本國內的紙尿褲供應就不會短缺，問題出在非正規通路銷售的紙尿褲增加了。進入2012年秋季後，日本國內的嬰兒用品專賣店接連出現中國人狂掃紙尿褲的情況。在與花王沒有交易關係的阿里巴巴集團和百度（BAIDU）旗下的購物網站，這種來自非正規通路的妙而舒比比皆是。

看到花王在中國的優異表現，美國金百利也從2012年開始向中國出口在國外生產的紙尿褲。該公司的產品受到富裕層的歡迎，佔有率正在不斷攀升。

「本地化」起反效果

面對這樣的需求變化，佔有率在中國市場高居亞軍的尤妮佳（編按：Unicharm台灣稱嬌聯，旗下有滿意寶寶、蘇菲等產品）慌了神。該公司在中國擁有工廠，因為緊密貼近當地，即便是在2012年「釣魚台」問題爆發時，該公司的銷售額也幾乎沒有減少。

然而，時至今日，尤妮佳的商務模式反而形成了制約。受到依靠新戰略發起攻勢的金佰利等企業的衝擊，截至2013年6月，尤妮佳在中國的佔有率下降為14.4％，比上年同月減少了近3個百分點。

為了挽回佔有率，2013年尤妮佳也開始通過網際網路銷售日本原產品。雖然想借此力挽狂瀾，但日本國內工廠已經持續滿負荷運轉，很難大幅提高對華出口。

另一方面，長期缺貨的花王已經決定在山形縣酒田市新建紙尿褲工廠。執行董事平峰伸一郎說：「我們當然考慮到了中國的熱潮有可能只是一時性的風險，但面向俄羅斯的出口也在增加，所以需要採取措施應對需求的增加。」

釣魚台問題發生後，資生堂的化妝品銷售曾一落千丈，日本企業現在依然被中國需求變化「牽著走」。在中國，市面上已經開始出現假冒妙而舒，對此，花王還需要採取法律措施。在當今的中國，一旦錯判需求的變化，勢力格局很容易就會被改寫，因此，日本企業要想在中國市場上一馬當先，就需要準確看清未來方向。（記者：中 尚子，《日經商務週刊》）
