（路透舊金山3日電）芬蘭手機大廠諾基亞（Nokia）或許已將手機事業賣給微軟（Microsoft Corp），不過保留珍貴專利在手，諾基亞未來靠著Android手機製造商挹注的權利金，獲益仍相當可觀。

諾基亞高招 專利不賣斷

微軟今天同意以37.9億歐元（50億美元）買下諾基亞手機事業，另以16.5億歐元買下諾基亞專利的10年使用權。 微軟顧問史密斯（Brad Smith）今天表示：「這起交易包括使用諾基亞發明的權利，並不涉及移轉或擁有專利本身。」 諾基亞發言人杜蘭特（Mark Durrant）對路透社發出的電子郵件說，諾基亞許多專利都還沒授權出去，他們比較偏好保留專利，對抗手機事業的其他競爭者。 杜蘭特說：「我們完成（與微軟的）交易、不再擁有自己的手機事業之後，可以考慮授權部分技術的使用許可。」 諾基亞向來擅長操作智慧財產權，2009年曾控告蘋果（Apple），而後雙方達成授權協議。當時兩家公司並未公布協議條件，不過據信高達數億美元。 對微軟來說，取得、而非買斷諾基亞的專利許可，也符合策略目標。微軟已說服約20家Android製造商支付專利權利金，試圖提高他們使用Google手機作業系統的成本 現在諾基亞仍可向同一批Android製造商索取權利金，不過杜蘭特並未透露會鎖定哪些目標。 與兩家公司都有來往的IP業高階主管表示：「如果諾基亞未來幾個月提出訴訟，我一點也不會訝異。」 此人表示，如果微軟買斷諾基亞專利，這種針對Android的包夾戰術可能就沒辦法使用。 智慧財產權顧問公司Lumen SV夥伴皮蘭朵茲（Michael Pierantozzi）表示：「對諾基亞而言，出售手機事業、而不賣斷專利，手上必定還有其他材料能運作，可以找回自身價值。」中央社（翻譯）

【黃楷棟／新北報導】真的是死意甚堅！新北市1名婦人今天下午3時許從租屋的12樓一躍而下，送醫前已無呼吸心跳。警方進到婦人出租套房內發現屋內處處有割腕流下的鮮血，以及燒炭的炭爐，現場留下的遺書中也提到對人生感到厭倦。
 
警方調查，自殺的游姓婦人(52歲)，去年底因為所開的卡拉ok店在附近才搬進位於板橋重慶路的社區大樓，平常都是游婦獨居，男友偶爾過來看她。最近卡拉ok頂給別人後就在家中幫忙照顧外孫。今天下午不知何故突然披頭散髮坐在12樓窗戶邊，最後還站在11樓遮雨棚上，社區鄰居發現後立刻打119報案，但游婦待救護人員到達沒5分鐘後就直接跳下，當場倒臥在中庭的花圃上，警消將游婦送醫仍挽回不了她的性命。警方到現場拉起封鎖線並通知他的家人趕赴醫院，自殺的原因除了遺書上提到的厭倦人生外，是否還有其他原因則有待調查。
