【劉煥彥／台北報導】Sony Mobile周三晚間11點在德國柏林IFA發表頂級防水智慧手機Xperia Z1，預定9月底前將在包括台灣在內的全球主要市場上市。Sony上午在台展示Xperia Z1實機時，並未透露在台定價或是合作電信商等細節。
 
Sony強調，Xperia Z1透過NFC技術將連結Sony的電視、耳機、喇叭、平板電腦及SmartWatch2防水藍牙智慧手錶等3C產品，作為整體Sony消費電子產品體系的核心，且今天在德國IFA將一口氣推出多種3C商品。

是不是人近中年，都會特別感傷？若什麼事都能預先準備好，也許就不是人生了吧？

八月倒數第二個週六的課程結束後回到家，照例打開電視觀看中華職棒的後幾局比賽，隨後外出健走運動，洗完澡後，就看到徐生明總教練心肌梗塞猝逝的消息。一瞬間我以為是球迷惡搞，心想，我剛剛才看到義大贏球，怎麼才一下子就出現這則令人震驚的消息？沒多久，各大平面與電子媒體相繼證實這令人難過與扼腕的消息。

我還在李國修老師與林杰樑醫師的辭世震撼中，為什麼這次會是徐生明？看到徐總的女兒在接受訪問時說出：「我沒有跟爸爸說：我愛你」，頓時，我也紅了眼眶。

幾個朋友辭世的震驚消息

今年不曉得怎麼搞的，一整年都聽到類似的消息，我的臉書上已經有五位朋友到天上當天使了，但我卻捨不得把他們從臉書上刪掉，每當我情緒低落時，我就上去看看他們，想像跟他們說話的樣子，想像以往當同學、同事的場景，雖然人事已非，但每每都從這樣的對話中，找到無比的向前力量。

一位同事的老公，在高速公路上車禍辭世；一位業務單位的同梯，昏倒後沒多久就走了；金融業的朋友，跨年後來不及享受桂冠的榮耀，隨即放手也離開我們；我的岳父進到醫院四天後就離開家人。雖然我不是第一次遇到生老病死，但是命運的捉弄與天意難違，的確是人類無常的最佳寫照。

第一天與最後一天

做我這行業很現實，企業客戶若開出三場（天）課程需求，第一場，或說是這場上午的第一個小時，如果講師講的內容不是客戶要的，好一點的客戶會提醒講師，再給一段時間的機會，嚴格一點的客戶會說：「老師，下午不用來了，我們付您一天的錢。」所以每天我要拿麥克風之前都會提醒自己：「今天有可能是我最後一次在這家客戶的教室出現，我一定要全力以赴。」

有時候講課講多了，難免會有一些匠氣，或是缺少熱情，雖然我知道很難避免，加上若是天天連戰，體力耗損加速，更是在所難免，但我也會時時提醒自己：「今天是我第一次講課，我真的好興奮，我好幸福，我好幸運。」

我想跟大家說，自己給自己洗腦，上場前或是上班前的正面冥想，真的很有用。
