2013台北羽球公開賽今天(3日)進行會外賽，台灣選手共計5組8人搶進明天開打的會內賽，其中女單余芊慧成功復仇，以16比21、21比18、21比18逆轉戰勝去年讓她在會外賽出局的陳詩盈。

余芊慧就讀台北市立大學1年級，高中生涯6次亞、世青國手選拔賽，從中贏得5次代表權，去年挑戰台北羽球公開賽遭到陳詩盈攔路，今年再度狹路相逢，余芊慧說：「賽前真的感覺運氣很差，又遇到老對手，如今打進會內賽已達到初步目標，接下來就盡力而為，期許自己漸入佳境挑戰更佳成績。」

世青國手的男雙李洋/江聿偉，今天連闖2關，首次搭檔合作參加就直闖會內，對於能夠參加比賽，2人皆認為保持平常心去面對，首次體驗高強度比賽，能夠盡情展現自我就好。

共計台灣選手有5組8人晉級會內，女單余芊慧、女雙陳百柔/黃美菁、男單范姜明盛、男雙李哲輝/蘇義能、男雙李洋/江聿偉。

會內賽明天點燃戰火，尋求衛冕女單后冠的戴資穎迎戰印尼Belaetrix Manuputi，男單周天成出戰謝豐澤，混雙李勝木/鄭韶婕戰新加坡駱建佑/尤莉亞娜，男雙李勝木/蔡佳欣對上新加坡陳勇肇/古納沙，越南男單阮進明尋求台北賽第3冠對上楊智勛，世界第1的男雙韓國李龍大/高成炫也有出賽。

【王烱華／台北報導】「9月3日--著軍裝、穿迷彩、為國軍加油」行動的臉書發起人彭少康下午5點，到總統府前的凱達格蘭大道上，分6次，完成1000下的開合跳，以實際行動展現對國軍的敬意。

此次活動，還有陸軍司令部前副司令吳斯懷中將、空特部前旅長陳銘文少將等人前來支持彭少康的「為國軍加油活動」，吳斯懷並下場與彭少康等人跳了100下的開合跳，吳斯懷表示，他來是為國軍加油、為國軍打氣。

另外，還有遠從台南騎重機到台北來支持彭少康活動的前憲兵機車連副連長薛青表示，他熱愛國家、熱愛國軍，所以特別與友人騎重機到場支持。

彭少康與多位支持者首先跳了500下開合跳，在休息一下後，再以每100下休息一次的方式，花了25分鐘，共以6次完成1000下的開合跳，隨後在向總統府的國旗行最敬禮後解散。

「競爭」是賽場、商場、職場上不可或缺的一部分，我們如何定義「競爭對象」，往往決定了自己的高度。眼光放在周遭環境的人，就像畫地自限一樣壓縮自己的潛能；而視野看得夠遠、夠久，則會有完全不同的格局。

職場工作者弄錯了競爭對象，凡事拿同一間辦公室、同一家公司的同事比較，就會變得短視又狹隘。因為在一個封閉環境內，要做到工作分配完全合理、薪資待遇完全公平，是非常不容易的事情。總是有人升遷得快、有人升遷得慢，有人平步青雲、一路順遂，也會有人停滯不前甚至挫折連連。

如果我們看「近」不看遠、看「短」不看長，只拿有限時間和空間內的目標來做比較，一定會發現許多不盡人意之處。鑽牛角尖、斤斤計較的結果，就是讓自己的路越走越狹窄。但是將時間拉長、舞台放大，眼前的困擾就會變得渺小。

初入職場的年輕朋友，經常詢問我不同產業的業務工作特性，從工作時間、起薪待遇、獎金比重、業績壓力到開發客戶的難易程度等。這些問題的確是選擇「起跑點」的必要條件，但是沒有人會一直待在起跑點。一名選手在槍響之後的動機和態度，遠比他從哪裡出發來得重要，也會決定他能跑多快、跑多遠。

因此，在聽了太多「短期」問題之後，我總是將對方拉到「長期」問題，像是：「10年之後預期自己在哪裡、成為什麼模樣？」從長期目標拉回來看短期計畫，許多當下的挫折就變得微不足道。於是，客戶的無情拒絕不再是洪水猛獸，那是磨練溝通技巧的必修學分，也是邁向更有價值職涯的寶貴過程。對短期困擾免疫的人，總是在心中存有長期的願景。而他們設定競爭的對象，當然也不會限於隔壁座位的同事。
