「退一步，海闊天空」，這是真的。人性有很多弱點，很巧的是，這些弱點其實我都有。雖然我知道要改掉壞習慣，可是一個人的個性並不是那麼容易改變的。所以當我從一個什麼事情都無法如期完成（甚至曾經因此出過超級大紕漏），慢慢變成一個可以依序完成任務的人的過程中，我並不是把自己變成另外一個人，而只是用一種可以和自己的缺點和平共處的方法來達到。

這是一路走來的過程中我對自己最重要的一個反思。一開始，我嘗試和自己的缺點對抗，但這種事情真的很難持久，甚至連跨出第一步都辦不到，因為那個門檻太高，而我們的能力有限，即使一時鼓動了意志，也總有洩氣之時。

所以我研究有效的工作方法，也就是如何把一件事情盡我所能的完成。生產力提昇的原因不在於激勵，而是一些確實可執行的步驟。改不了壞習慣也沒關係，有時候我們不一定要征服，而是用有效的方法，跨過那個自己天生的小缺陷。

今天，想跟大家分享一些這裡面的心路歷程，也是分享一些數位工作方法。

一、跟懶惰和平共處

我是一個回到家裡就想躺著不動的人，說到整理，那真的不是我能持之以恆去做得很好的事情。就從整理手機照片這種小事情來看，以前我總是要等到手機快滿了才把照片匯出，匯出後又懶得分類，因此就是一堆照片全部放在一個不知所謂的資料夾中，以後也很難以使用。

更多時候，這樣的懶惰也會造成一些資料再也找不回的損失。

所以，後來我變成一個勤於整理照片的人了嗎？沒有，我依然故我，可是我使用了常常推薦的「 Google+ 相簿」，讓手機自動幫我同步備份照片，讓雲端相簿自動幫我分類整理，讓 Google 索引自動幫我找到想找的照片內容。

我還是懶得什麼都沒有做，可是有了雲端同步的方法後，這個不整理的壞習慣，卻也不再困擾我。

亞洲主要股市3日連續第四個交易日上漲，因市場樂見全球經濟復甦，日圓兌美元貶值激勵日股大漲，帶動亞股走揚。MSCI亞太指數下午盤上漲1.3%至132.67點。

紐西蘭貨幣策略師瓊斯表示：「市場以樂觀態度展開本周走勢。中國與歐洲的製造業指數證實全球經濟正在改善。」

日圓兌美元3日盤中貶值至99.7日圓兌1美元，為一個月來低點，激勵日產汽車等出口類股勁揚，日經225指數大漲2.99%，收13,978.44點。首爾KOSPI指數收盤上漲0.46%，收1,933.74點。台股上漲0.62%。

全球第二大礦商力拓帶領澳洲原物料類股走揚，標普ASX 200指數漲0.16%，收5,196.57點，紐西蘭股市也上漲0.23%。

大陸總理李克強表示，有信心實現2013年經濟成長7.5%的目標，高盛也將中國今年成長率預估值自7.4%調升至7.6%，中國上證指數收漲1.18%，收2,123.11點；香港恆生指數收盤上漲0.99%，收22,394.58點。

東南亞股市方面，新加坡和泰國股市尾盤由紅翻黑，印尼股市漲逾1.5%，揮別前市大跌陰霾，菲股收盤小漲0.36%，馬來西亞股市尾盤漲0.53%。印度股市開低走低，終場大跌3.45%。
