標題[閒聊] 115x系列的CPU有可能做出轉接片嗎？

最近771轉775還蠻夯的 只要用接點轉接片+除掉防呆 就可以讓771的Xeon硬上775主機板 之前有看過華擎曾經出過P67系列晶片的1156腳位主機板(？) 這樣讓1156的CPU也可以擁有原生SATA3 更別說AMD的FM1和FM2，只換腳位，然後一樣A55 A75照上... 如果連1156的P67這玩意兒都能生出來 那有可能做出771->775這類的貼片 以後1155主機板也能上Haswell 或是拿1155主機板去裝快變孤兒的1156 CPU 還是說115x彼此間差異太大，沒辦法像771轉775這樣搞？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.40.161.229 ※ 編輯: ultratimes 來自: 114.40.161.229 (09/01 21:33)

928檔期即將到來，甲山林廣告總經理張境在表示，對928檔期銷售不看淡，認為今年928整體市場的成交量將以穩定為主，價格部分也是平穩走勢，不會有以往跳空開價情形。

張境在分析，北市市中心因土地取得困難，加上都更窒礙難行，因此推案量減少，但成交情況仍穩健，反觀市中心外圍像是新店、中永和、板橋、新莊、三重等，買氣也持穩，平均成交價均站穩50至80萬元間。

張境在指出，現階段房市由市中心帶領房價上漲的情況已不在，取而代之的是市中心外圍買氣穩健，有助房價穩固。認為今年928檔期將是市中心外圍、落後補漲區（淡水、林口、桃園、基隆等）為市場主流。
