我問過很多20幾歲年輕人，到了幾歲會讓他們覺得自己老了，答案幾乎只有一個，就是30歲！

第二個問20幾歲年輕人的問題是，當自己老了，會讓他們有什麼感覺？答案也很一致，他們會覺得「好些事沒辦法做了……」

好吧，20幾歲還年輕，那麼應該做什麼呢？面對這第三個問題，20幾歲年輕人還是答得很相像，「趕快做一些老了沒辦法做的事啊！」

過了29歲，你就是職場老人

20幾歲時，究竟是哪些事要趁年輕趕快做的呢？大部份都是夢想！20幾歲有理想、有熱情，是最勇於追夢的年齡。

這個年紀的腦子裡，有一個優先順序表，夢想第一，現實第二。當夢想與現實出現糾纏局面時，現實常會被拋諸腦後，拉都拉不住，擋都擋不了，唯一的念頭就是要去追夢！

在20幾歲時，工作不被歸類為夢想，它屬於現實層面，他們知道為了自己好，一定要找到一份好工作，可是在感性的層面裡，工作純屬必要，卻不重要，而完成夢想才是最重要的事。工作與夢想出現衝突時，工作順理成章必須讓位，優先完成夢想。問題是時間不會等人，在短短的幾年裡，要同時做好這兩件事，難免顧此失彼，總有遺憾。

像我坐在辦公室裡，經常有20幾歲年輕人遞上一紙辭呈，理由都和夢想有關：

「我想去非洲當志工一年，奉獻自己。」
「我想去日本學櫥窗設計，讓台灣的小店更具個性化。」
「我想回台中做網購，打造一個像Lativ的品牌。」
「我和朋友要開一家cheese店，再賣我們喜歡的書和CD。」
「我要研發商品，像毛毯衣可以小兵立大功。」

20幾歲年輕人，理當去追求夢想啊！他們經常掛在嘴上的口頭禪是：

「誰說工作最重要？」
「工作不是人生的全部！」
「我們不是工作機器，work hard，也要play hard！」

可是，請注意！從20幾歲到30歲沒有幾年，一眨眼就走到30歲，也就是年輕人說的老了……而且，不只是你自己覺得老了，外界看30歲的你，也覺得老了。

農委會主委陳保基針對康芮颱風造成雲林農業重大災損，前天接受媒體訪問時指稱，農委會曾於五月廿一日發函雲林縣政府要求盡快進行農水路清淤，但縣府置之不理；縣府昨發表聲明駁斥，強調這次淹水「是天災並非人禍」，陳保基未經查證即逕予指控，深感遺憾。

陳保基昨晚說，「如果有清淤，災情不會這麼嚴重」，「地方父母官不負責任」。他說，去年西螺、二崙淹水，今年又是這裡，這次雨勢當然很大，清淤雖不能保證不會有災情，至少減少災情。

雲林縣政府在標題為「農委會卸責，陷地方政府於不義」的聲明中指出，農委會於五月廿一日來函提醒，縣府於五月廿七日發函給西螺鎮、二崙鄉等公所要求加強辦理清淤，並無置之不理。「農委會竟指天災為人禍，用意令人費解！」

【綜合報導】美國紐約一名年僅16個月大的男童安提克亨尼斯(Antiq Hennis)，當地時間周日晚上在紐約布魯克林的街道上被槍殺，當時他正坐在父母推的嬰兒車裡。警方目前仍持續搜捕嫌犯。而這個周日也是紐約最血腥的周日之一，在接連發生的多起槍擊事件中，至少4人死亡。

警方表示，1日晚上7點20分左右，安提克的父母正推著嬰兒車穿過他家附近的街道時，突然遭槍擊，安提克頭部左側被擊中，送醫急救後宣告不治，據傳槍手的目標是男童的父親，但卻誤殺無辜的男童，男童的父親前科累累，疑似與人結怨遭人挾怨報復。

據紐約當地媒體報道，本周末也是紐約最血腥的周末之一。從周五晚開始到周日，至少有26人遭受槍擊。僅在周日一天就有至少4人因槍擊死亡。9月1日，第一起槍擊死亡事件發生清晨3時左右，紐約一名21歲青年被殺；第二起致命槍擊發生在下午1點20分左右，槍手為一名年約40歲的男性，死者身份不明。幾個小時後，25歲的青年達米安鮑威爾被人射殺。

根據統計今年以來，紐約已發生440起槍擊事件，比去年同期減少了23%。

【綜合報導】美國第一大通信運營商 Verizon周一宣布，同意以1300億美元，收購英國電訊龍頭Vodafone，持有的雙方合資無線事業45%股權。這筆交易將終結14年來Vodafone與Verizon在合資無線業務上的合作，也等於Vodafone撤出美國電信市場。

根據協議，Vodafone將獲得589億美元現金，以及價值602億美元的Verizon股票，其餘110 億美元則是小規模轉帳。
