新竹市員姓女子在一家知名川菜館擔任外場員工，去年上班途中發生車禍，導致右手臂神經叢受損，向勞保局申請職業傷病及失能給付時，發現雇主投保金額不實，她薪資3萬2000元，卻投保2萬1000元。員女今年1月生產，申請生育給付也因此短少，她主張，雇主應賠償她少拿到的職業傷病、失能及生育給付等，法院判員工勝訴，雇主要賠償短少的30萬餘元。

員姓女子說，她前年12月開始到這家川菜館上班，負責外場工作，去年2月某日上班途中發生車禍，造成右手臂神經叢受損，她向勞保局申請職業傷病給付，發現她薪資是3萬2000元，雇主卻投保2萬1000元，投保薪資金額以多報少，造成她權益受損。

法院通知業者到庭表達意見，業者未現身，也沒有提出書狀做聲明或陳述。

法院認為，業者是投保單位，以多報少違反勞工保險條例規定，投保薪資影響給付金額，造成員工職業傷害補助費損失1萬7507元、職業傷害失能補助費損失27萬600元、生育補助費損失1萬2300元，共30萬407元，判業者應賠償員工損失。

標題[心得] 半澤直樹 第七集

這集感覺又多加了些戲份給老婆 有點刻意阿 而且我覺得他們公務員的做法會不會太扯阿 搜住家就那麼容易?然後在銀行也是 想說進去大家怎麼都怪怪的 原來是人妖搶坐在他椅子上講一堆囂張話 然後銀行員們就圍站在旁邊罰站= =" 這種囂張公務員在台灣早被錄音踢爆給媒體大罵特罵了吧 AND 上集比較好看 我覺得這集的好運太多了 換會長、資料查不到、運送又被攔截..等等.. 如果要這樣不自然好運到家 又何必舖這些梗 不過這集看到最後的卑劣土下座要求 也算是回本啦 (／‵Д′)／~ ╧╧ 已經不管主角威能了 看他們兩人演技大鬥法感覺就很值得 另外就是 半澤跑去找上司理論 說要爆料是誰通過貸款 然後資料在家裡那回事時 我都覺得他真的很多嘴 一直說不會放過他們 以現實來看(不管你在哪一國啦) 最後還不是被這些上司找人給你綁一綁丟大海當消波塊了 就算沒死也會找人撞一撞或給你毆打一頓了吧= =" -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.194.170.138

本人因為熱愛看WWE和UFC系列 所以知道激戰這部自由格鬥類型的片就蠻想看的 以下討論有雷 -------------------------------------------------------- 首先，彭于晏身材真的在阿信那時候就很完美了 這部片整個演起來沒問題，那肌肉線條整個就很精實 加上那臉龐，整個就是之前WWE裡的john morrison阿 導演也有強調一下訓練過程，不會讓觀眾認為主角是人品爆發的變強 還有一幕就是主角看到爸爸那時候，我以為會命格發動逆轉情勢 結果沒有，反而就讓主角先領便當了，這裡還蠻不錯 畢竟是一個只練兩個月半路出家的，假如真的打到冠軍有點說不過去 最後他也達到要讓爸爸重新站起來的目的，算是好結局 重點是，還追到正咩，而且那個咩在沒單身的時候就就一直跟主角約會.... 只能說人帥真好。 接下來張家輝部分 他的身材，才是這部片最大的驚艷點 整部戲裡他不失幽默的感覺還帶熱血和溫馨 一代的拳王，曾在金錢誘惑下出賣靈魂，(讓我想起中職一堆黑人了ˊ3ˋ 後來欠債跑路，到後來認識主角，教他打拳最後上台為徒弟報仇，一氣呵成 當他站上擂台那一霎那，其實不管比賽結局如何，他應該找回當初的榮耀了 不得不說，他身材真的很完美，甚至比彭于晏的更加理想，彷彿是用畫的那種感覺xD 至於單親媽媽那個演員也很到味，有把媽媽失去孩子後那種眼神演出來 加上有點精神病患的無理取鬧歇斯底里都算傳神 至於那個小女孩我只能說淺力無限阿，看能不能變下一個徐嬌XDD 這部片真的好看 只是不知道為什麼板上討論的文章卻不多 很愛裡面的一句話 怕，你就會輸一輩子。 -- 推 SAC430 :起立 推 Roris :立正 推 steven610381:敬禮 → a2629123 :幹 老師今天上了什麼? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.33.67.220

外交官今天說，聯合國秘書長潘基文告訴安全理事會五個常任理事國，聯合國派赴敘利亞的化學武器檢查小組可能需要兩週時間分析，才能提交終結報告。

這幾位外交官不具名告訴路透社，潘基文是在紐約一場會議上告訴英國、中國、法國、俄羅斯和美國駐聯合國代表。

媒體稍早報導，負責調查上週敘利亞化學武器攻擊的武檢小組已完成蒐集檢體樣本的任務，即將結束在敘利亞的行程。
