標題[心得] 3C產品購買小小經驗談

以下是至今為止，我自己本身所受的經驗以及朋友所受的教訓 PC零組件買賣： 1.價格亂喊：在以前網路還沒有像原價屋那樣線上查價，往往零組件整個價差可以到1000 以上，現在反而是比較少。而現在是不懂3C的人才會被坑，我朋友組電腦被坑至少5000多 ，大多人都是被店員的嘴巴所說動，結果後來上網才發現自己被坑了。 2.偷掉包：明明是買A物品，結果給的是B物品。這個我本身也經歷過，給的是A物品包裝， 裡面卻是B物品，後來找店家二話不說，直接提出換貨要不然報警。可是有些店家沒開立發 票，而且也會在清單上面動手腳，這種消費者通常都會算自己倒楣。偷掉包這個例子這個 是常發生，我跟朋友至少每人會遇過2~3起... 3.新品換舊品：明明是展示機或者二手零件，結果卻當成新機一樣販賣。對於不知道怎麼 辨認新舊機的消費者，是一件很傷的事情。 4.洗單：就是洗腦換成一些庫存貨，或者雜牌的零組件。這點只能靠消費者堅持，不要聽 信店員所提出的建議，堅持己見。 5.店員保證不實：常遇見的就是現在沒有現貨，店員跟你保證多久之後可以拿到。通常這 些話99%不要信。我曾經保證3天拿到，等了3個禮拜。店員是為了把東西銷售出去為第一， 基本上很多的保證只是隨口說說罷了，不要輕易相信。 主機維修注意： 1.偷換零件：明明沒有換A零件，結果被偷換成B零件。這個其實很常發生在CPU，CPU不太 容易壞，可是店家大多會去偷換CPU。我遇過就有1次，第一次是我國中懵懂無知，後來才 發現被偷換，但也不能怎麼辦。若要維修，則建議需要好好將電腦什麼零件，配備照起來 ，這樣才有證據去跟店家理論。 2.漫天開價以及亂換零件：指的是明明只有主機板壞掉，結果跟你開顯示卡、主機板、PSU 壞了，更絕一點的是還幫你先換好，死無對證，還聽過店家跟消費者恐嚇不給錢不還主機 。 總結：我很好奇為什麼3C產品的店家這麼猖狂，而且上面有些都已經有刑法的罪責，可是 案例卻是無止盡的一直再發生，只能說聲3C產品請先做好萬全準備，再去上陣。否則容易 吃大虧。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 113.61.220.27
