麥伯伯是家維邨互助委員會的司庫，每次開會他都會帶兩個保溫瓶裝水，心癮起時便有水飲。 

坦白講

搣甩煙仔抱孫仔

麥新，八十歲，煙齡六十多，一年前為現時十八個月大的孫兒着想戒煙。啜煙仔多過啜老婆的他，與雲絲頓割席，嚴重似情侶講分手。麥伯伯也想不到自己意志堅定，竟已一年沒碰煙仔。

孫仔是麥伯伯的心肝寶貝，最近生病了，麥伯伯非常擔心。 

我細個時，喺鄉下開平生活，見到有人拎住大碌竹喺度吹，覺得好有型，人哋一放低支煙，我就拎起索兩下。自此之後，自己整大煙，切煙葉放入竹管，再用大支香點着。嗰時大人唔會理，鄉下個個都食煙，無人話唔好。
解放前，我去澳門親戚度打工，人工得六蚊，都會拎幾毫子去買煙。到我結婚，唉，我連自己幾時結婚都唔記得，淨係記得結婚嗰日，都揸住支煙仔。我同班親戚打麻將，個個都擔住口煙。

因應輕颱康芮挾帶豪雨，於部分地區釀成災情，富邦人壽關心災區民眾，啟動緊急應變四方案，主動關懷災區保戶、提供貼心保戶服務，協助受災保戶重整災後家園。

因應康芮風災災情，富邦人壽已請業務員於第一時間主動聯繫保戶並協助快速理賠事宜；此外，富邦人壽亦啟動緊急應變方案。

一是快速理賠服務，若為受傷需辦理醫療險理賠，均以方便保戶為原則，務求以最快的速度對受災保戶做好各項立即的服務 (業務員可透過「富邦e把照」行動裝置進行快速的理賠服務，最快30分鐘內即可完成理賠審核）；投保實支實付型商品的保戶，若醫療收據正本因風災損毀，保戶可以遺失聲明及醫療費用明細或收據副本，申請理賠。醫療險保戶若因災害住院，可由業務員代保戶申請「住院醫療預付金」，每次墊付以新台幣5,000元為限。此外，若經確認罹難者身份及事故，即行依約理賠（惟相關所需的死亡證明及除戶戶籍資料可於災後後補）。

二是續期保費緩繳服務。凡受災保戶且其保費之應繳月為102年6~10月者，提供保費緩繳個月，可以攜帶本人身分證親臨櫃台辦理，或委由業務同仁代辦處理。

三是保單借款利息緩繳服務。針對受災保戶應繳的保單借款利息，可由本人攜帶身分證親臨櫃台辦理，或委由業務同仁代辦處理，得以寬延三個月繳息。

四是保單補發免收工本費，凡受災保戶申請保單補發免收工本費。

民進黨立委陳其邁、吳宜臻、林淑芬今天開記者會表示，有人爆料，質疑國安局監控聲援大埔事件人士，製作人員列管清冊，要警察機關事先訪查、勸阻，「再現白色恐怖時期的警備總部」。

劉夢熊案借刀殺人　廉署倒梁派大反撲

前全國政協委員劉夢熊被控妨礙司法公正案，將於下月四日再訊。曾被視為「頭號梁粉」的劉與梁振英之間的恩怨情仇，勢必成為法庭的重要證供，更會變成廉政公署內部權鬥的工具。梁政府掀起反「貪湯」風暴後，借機安插勢力進一步掌控廉署，惟被打壓一方變身「倒梁派」，務求「借熊殺英」反撲。最新民望已跌破警戒線的梁振英，隨時玩火自焚。

夢熊今年一月因東方明珠石油貪污案被捕，廉署至今仍未提出起訴，本月二十日反而先以意圖妨礙司法公正罪，正式落案起訴劉氏，案情指他發電郵及信件給梁振英及廉政專員白韞六，威嚇二人終止廉署調查。廉署消息人士形容，今次有點不尋常，有異於一貫做法，「劉夢熊涉嫌妨礙司法公正案，係東方明珠石油貪污案嘅伸延，係同一組調查嘅同一單案，點解唔查完貪污案，一次過正式落案起訴？」
其實，廉署負責政府及公營機構貪污案件的部門急於落案起訴劉夢熊，絕非甘於成為梁振英剷除異己的政治打手，背後牽涉到廉署內部權力鬥爭的自保行動。
梁班子上場後，有人欲借前廉政專員湯顯明涉貪醜聞，進行廉署「大清洗」，企圖樹立有利自己的勢力，矛頭直指具調查大權的執行處。白韞六的舊同學黃世照去年七月接替李銘澤出任廉署「二哥」、即執行處首長後，挺梁派系勢力大增，相反原被視為接任首長大熱門的執行處處長（政府部門）、李銘澤心腹李寶蘭，在兩派惡鬥中處於下風，故此部門內不排除有人借劉夢熊案大反撲。
