經濟部長張家祝、台電董事長黃重球今天前往國民黨立法院黨團報告10月電價價調整政策，不過，現場未獲藍委支持，府院下午也邀兩人共商電價方案，經濟部將在下午四時30分對外公布定調方案。

國民黨團書記長賴士葆會後表示，今天出席黨團大會的的立委人數只有一半，會中也都反對調漲電價，行政部門應加強溝通，否則無法說服立委。他將這場會議定調為「討論大會」，主要在聽取立委對電價調漲的意見。

立委羅淑蕾也說，經濟部在會中報告多項調漲方案，並一直強調85%的民眾不受影響，她認為，既然有這麼多人不受影響，那就沒有調漲必要。

經濟部今天在總統府提出「台電經營改革與電價合理化方案」報告。總統府發言人李佳霏會後轉述，馬英九總統表示，電價合理化必須考慮對民生及物價衝擊最小方案，同時照顧弱勢族群，最重要的是絕對不能用稅金補貼用電大戶，違反「使用者付費」原則的公平性，台電也必須積極拿出改革成效，爭取民眾支持。

經濟部長張家祝中午在總統府提出簡報，包括副總統吳敦義、行政院長江宜樺、立法院長王金平及黨團幹部、國民黨副主席兼秘書長曾永權，以及台電公司董事長黃重球等人，針對電價合理化議題，廣泛交換意見。 據指出，包括選擇調整電價時機、住宅與小商家不調漲的用電量範圍、住宅用電成本為何高於工業用電成本、台電經營績效改革成果，與會人士均充分表達意見。

李佳霏表示，馬總統與江院長都要求經濟部要向黨籍立委及社會各界全面溝通，例如住宅用電的500度方案、小商家的1500度方案等，要把不調漲的範圍用「實際電費」，而不是只用「用電度數」來向民眾說明，讓民眾一聽就能了解。

李佳霏指出，馬總統也請台電公司必須就外界疑慮的事項，提出具體的宣導計畫，在最短時間對外說明，讓外界了解發電燃料成本高漲的趨勢，以及電價調整對經濟成長率及物價的實際衝擊等。

拜託拜託啦!!
(別急著回帖裱我，先看下去吧^^)
我知道這可能會被人詬病說這只是我一己的私慾
可是引頸企盼多開一缸的玩家應該也不少

我會想開，除了可以增加養魚上限外
也是因為有管理分類魚的需要
我水族箱的每一缸有各自的功能，然而真的還蠻需要再多開一缸的

再多一缸也有其他好處呀
像這樣四條稀有魚都可以放出來了
冰在冷凍庫他們好可憐
還有呀
像免費禮物的裝飾或是活動得到的一些裝飾品
因為現有的三缸早就佈置好，畫面都滿滿的了
有好多看起來也很好看的裝扮就擺不進去了
多了一缸就可以讓我們再多佈置魚缸嚕

希望版友們魚友們別罵我
這只是我的希望而已
但若官方在技術上或其他考量而不能開第四缸的話我也不會勉強或是因此鬧說不玩棄缸

最近一年來版區紛紛擾擾
但是看到現在麥香大大頗積極幫大家爭取福利
這是我能請願的唯一希望管道了
