2013年剛過一半，我想跟職場工作者聊聊：「你希望明年的你，還是和現在一樣嗎」？
《商業周刊》三年前曾經做過一份調查，調查職場人士最希望在新的一年做出什麼人生改變，我印象較深刻的幾點不外乎：
1. 早睡早起，固定運動。
2. 學好語文，增強競爭力。
3. 把薪水的1/3存起來。
4. 上班時間能做完份內工作，並養成閱讀理財資訊的習慣。
5. 每年做一件到七十歲想到都還會偷笑的事。
6. 完成一件18歲時的夢想。
7. 每週吃素一次，節能減碳救地球。
8. 爭取發言機會，練習台風……等等。
那年，我看到一堆人開始昭告天下要每天運動、要學鋼琴、要練英文，或者要去澳洲打工、要離職圓夢……等等。
這些念頭固然很棒，但幾年過去了，最終很多人依然停留在原地。其中失敗的原因要嘛不是缺乏計畫、要嘛就是行動力不足。最多失敗的例子是，害怕行動之後不能成功，所以乾脆不動；因為一想到要跳出舒適圈，就讓自己心中的恐懼感持續升高，以致於不敢跨出第一步。
你希望明年的你，還是和現在一樣嗎？如果不希望，是否應該要克服心中對於未知的恐懼呢？
