餐廳名稱：大手燒 消費時間：2013年/6月 地址：高雄市五福三路18號 網誌:http://barbieedoll.pixnet.net/blog/post/28616884 大手燒算是人氣很旺的店家，也上過不少美食節目，目前在高雄一共四間分店：白瀧酒造 、男山酒造、司牡丹酒造、若竹鬼殺 Slogan：發現日本原汁原味的幸福 看完本年度最好看的電影-怪獸大學(強力推薦)之後，已經是凌晨了，剛好開車經過中央 公園，臨時起意就路邊停車啦!! 大手燒在高雄有很多間分店，陳先生已經吃了幾次了，不過這間是我第一次吃。 大手燒是間完全會被裝潢吸引的店家，緊鄰中央公園，雖然在市區卻坐擁綠地的景觀，滿 滿的日式裝潢及小矮凳，有種隨地而做的愜意感。 如果是下班來這邊喝喝小酒放鬆一下，應該還滿療癒的XDD 來看看菜單，種類就是分成關東煮跟燒烤，因為我本來就對關東煮沒有太多的愛，所以這 天都沒有點關東煮 關東煮是直接去櫃檯那邊拿喜歡的，而燒烤則是單點 可能是時間晚了，很多想吃的都賣光了!!!! 吃不到飯糰、吃不到醬汁雞軟骨、吃不到日本松葉堡，好桑心（/TДT)/ 海鹽牛小排 2支/NT100 有一點鹹，不過我是超重口味，對我來說還可以接受 肉不會弄得太老，個人滿喜歡的，可惜真的滿油的，每一口都吃得到很多油@@ 烤鮮鰻 1支/NT100 這個比我預想的還要小份很多，算貴，不過烤得還滿好吃的，魚的鮮味沒有被調味蓋掉 但是一樣滿油的，害怕油膩的應該不太適合來大手燒 手羽明太子1份2支/NT120 這道還滿特別的，店員說是他們的招牌菜，是大費工夫把明太子包進去雞翅裡面，除了翅 膀的尾端之外都沒有骨頭，咬下去會爆鱈魚卵，雞翅肉x魚卵，真的很特別，明太子的跟 雞肉有層次分明的口感，一點都不腥，味道還不錯!! 不過陳先生不喜歡食物有被後製過，我總是比較不會想到這點，覺得好吃就好，後來想想 也是，有再製過的食物都無法知道他是怎麼製成的，過程衛不衛生等等?! anyway，好吃就好，真是要煩惱的話，這世界上大概沒東西可吃了，暫時把這些東西能不 能吃的問題拋在腦後吧!! 最後是湯，湯是免費喝到飽的，可以自己去櫃檯那邊裝 湯非常非常好喝，還可以加海苔 雖然是酷暑，可是高雄的夏夜不像台北那樣繁忙，有種特別悠閒的感覺，就這樣坐在路邊 喝著關東煮湯，雖然熱也覺得好舒服、好幸福 整體來說還滿喜歡大手燒的，不過因為只是吃宵夜沒有點太多東西，而且很多想吃的又賣 完了，如果有機會應該還會再回鍋，順便也試試看名氣頗大的關東煮（￣︶￣） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.36.131
