豬................................手 的分享

沒吃過豬手好像沒去過德國一樣, 沒喝過德國啤酒又怎算去過德國....(廢話-.-)

其實去了十多天,也不能天天吃豬手, 會悶死呀, 所以在想吃的情況下就吃.
吃豬手有名的地方很多, 我也沒特別去選,反正第一次去德國,也第一次吃豬手. 想吃就點吧!

MUNICH. 我們選擇了HB, 分別點了烤跟煮.

看上去不太好吃, 不過吃起來, 味道不錯,加上醬汁很入味,好吃! HB是我吃過唯一有醬汁的!不過豬皮就很硬吃不下嚕

在來是煮的

吃起來咸咸的,帶點硬,我說 味道不及烤的, 不過我老婆卻喜歡煮的多一點......所以說各人口味不同呀-.-

第一次吃豬手留下不錯的印象, 還有HB的環境氣芬,真的很熱鬧

HB的熱鬧吸引了我們又一次走進去, 不過是晚上
在來一客!

晚上去點啤酒 最少是1L的, 爽(平時都不讓喝太多-.-)

BERLIN. BERLIN的水煮豬手(EISBIEN)很有名,

這天去完博物館島, 在大教堂後的DDR Restaurant 點了EISBIEN, 味道還可以, 比HB的鬆軟,配上馬鈴著,加分!

位置就在大教堂後, DDR MUSEUM 旁邊, 看著船來船往, 人生一樂也!

OBAMA 把整個BERLIN 弄得亂七八糟, 街道也封了好幾條.........算了不想提

一走進SONY CENTER, 一堆警察在門口站著, 像是檢查什麼的,
於是我就問: Can we pass thro' here?.
那警察就問: For what? Just have a look?
我說: NO, We are going to have dinner here.
那警察就說: Oh, enjoy your meal.
真的被嚇一跳, 以為SONY CENTER 有炸彈似的.

BERLIN .SONY CENTER Lindenbräu

走進Lindenbräu 自己找位置坐好, 先來點喝的,

在來又是豬手EISBIEN

看上去平平無奇, 心想15.9歐的豬手貴了點吧, 人家HB的才12左右.又被騙了!

可是刀子一下, 肉已經跟骨頭分開了, 嘩, 真不敢相信有那麼鬆軟嗎, 把肉進咀裡 幾乎用舌頭可以撹爤, 一點也不夸張, 真的太好吃 值得推介喔. 去柏林一定要來這吃EISBIEN!

KOLN, 這天BERLIN去KOLN 4小時變8小時, 人生第一次坐8小時火車 ICE 比RE還慢.......算了又不想提

來到KOLN 已6點了, 一心走到河邊找地方吃飯, 走著走著, 看到屋子很特別, 於是上前拍拍照.

旁邊的餐廳很熱鬧, 直覺告訴我, 人多熱鬧的餐廳 應該不錯, 於是上前門口看看MENU 有什麼好吃的,

正當我們在看有什麼吃的,突然耳邊有人用廣東話跟我們說: 香港黎架? 坐低慢慢介紹(晚餐)比你地.坐下之後交談了一會, 原來餐廳有2位侍應生是香港的移民.

然後我又點了烤豬手,

看上去又是豬手一隻, 不過配菜很特別, 我先把豬皮分開, 嘩不得了, 有那麼脆嗎? 像是香港的燒豬. 我把豬皮整快吃掉, 肉也很好吃, 香嫩, 又入味, 老婆也跟我搶吃,哈哈真的太好吃了, 100分的話 肯定有95分! 推推推

餐廳的LOGO 也很可愛

旁邊有人在表演,

去KOLN 不來這吃豬手是損失呀! 不….應該說去德國不去科隆吃豬手是損失才對….

不經不覺來到了FRANKFURT

唉, 星期天來到了, Rüdesheim (Rhein)

回程時 決定到左手邊這家老店吃舨,

可是豬手太讓我們失望了, 淡而無味, 又粗糙, 吃了一半就放下了, 不過豬皮是軟身的, 而不是一般是硬的

最後一次吃豬手, 讓我們留下了污點
