在這我先說明，我是新馬三車主 由於我的雨刷(原廠)去年交車到現在，已經有裂縫了，想換新的雨刷 爬了一些文，大約70%的人都推薦TOYOTA NEW CAMRY 的軟骨雨刷 剛好朋友最近也剛牽新車準備回原廠1000保養《彰化廠》 於是我託他幫我買一組NEW CAMRY 的軟骨雨刷 於是我跟他說 24"+20" 或者500mm+600mm 兩種不同單位 我朋友跟TOYOTA接觸後，說要一組車牌號碼，OK 這我可以理解 很合理 最後接待的專員一直問說有沒有《料號》，靠....我怎麼知道你們物料編碼 後來直接打電話給我告知雨刷單位mm的，不是跟他說過了嗎 於是我很清楚地重複一次 NEW CAMRY 雨刷 500mm+600mm 這組 我朋友比我還不懂車(我也懂不到哪裡)，那個專員還是一職爐說有沒有《料號》 晚上我下班後我朋友說雨刷拿到了，拿到雨刷時當場傻眼 那個toyota的專員(業務應該不會做這蠢事吧)居然拿650mm+450mm的雨刷組給我朋友 而且買了就不能退，心理當下想完了，花了1250元當潘仔了 越想越不甘心，沒有退路了，硬著頭皮試著裝裝看 裝好後大喊一聲 看!剛剛好 差一咪咪兩隻就要打架了 這就是《TOYOTA》的人員素質嗎？
