偷黃花崗烈士靈位 賊辯代管

〔記者江志雄／宜蘭報導〕奇怪？靈位也偷，而且還偷黃花崗七十二烈士的！

桃園市呂姓鐵工上個月到宜蘭縣忠烈祠偷走黃花崗七十二烈士靈位，保管半個多月才物歸原處，警方昨天將他傳喚到案，他供稱「七十二烈士被蔣公遺棄在宜蘭，向馬英九總統陳情又未獲關心」，擔心文化寶物被竊才暫時帶回保管。

友人勸還 鐵工24天歸位

上個月18日，清潔人員到位於員山鄉的宜蘭縣忠烈祠打掃時，供桌上主祀的黃花崗七十二烈士靈位竟然不見了？管理單位宜蘭縣政府報警協尋，靈位消失24天後，上週三主動歸位，讓人摸不著頭緒。

警方循線查出住在桃園市、經營鐵工廠的呂姓男子（55歲）涉案，傳喚他到案說明，經初步調查，呂男精神狀況良好。呂男說，黃花崗七十二烈士當年拋頭顱灑熱血，才有中華民國誕生，他們的靈位是珍貴文物，他日前造訪宜蘭縣忠烈祠，發現靈位公開展示，隨時可能遭竊，便帶回家保管。

呂姓鐵工說，李姓友人獲知此事勸他物歸原處，決定完璧歸趙；昨做完筆錄後，呂男拿出用毛筆書寫、曾寄到總統府的「超爛總統馬英九」陳情書，內容洋洋灑灑，早已預告要帶走七十二烈士靈位。
稱光明正大進宜蘭忠烈祠

文中寫到，「本人早於元月7日告知您（指馬總統），黃花崗七十二烈士靈位被先總統蔣公遺棄在宜蘭縣忠烈祠，令您務必在元月30日當天，請至台北圓山忠烈祠為中央政府供養，然您毫不關心，放任靈位自生自滅，緬懷之餘，本人即於元月18日把靈位收養回家相依為命。」

鐵工從桃園跑到宜蘭偷

警方昨帶呂男到宜蘭縣忠烈祠現場模擬，他表示案發當天，自己光明正大走進忠烈祠，從供桌取下靈位帶回家，事後已主動歸還，否認行竊犯意，警方仍依竊盜罪嫌函送偵辦。

據了解，桃園市忠烈祠目前供奉的先烈共271位，其中並無黃花崗七十二烈士，但台南忠烈祠也供奉七十二烈士靈位，為何跑到宜蘭偷靈位？警方仍在查。

針對這起竊案，民俗專家、台中教育大學台文系副教授林茂賢說，有些人為遂行私慾請求神明保佑，偷取神像時有所聞，他頭一次聽到偷靈位，有句傳統俗諺，「一人一家代，隨人公媽隨人栽」，意指自己的祖先靈位自己拜，哪有人去偷人家的靈位？他對呂男的犯案動機也極不解。

iPhome 6 豈止於大，更是機王

首先.......

我只是要敘述一下我的經過,各位客官請理性

2/16下午在官網列表的經銷商那買了iPhome 6 Plus 128G

在店家開機到桌面後便離開

出店門到附近的咖啡廳喝咖啡用Wifi上網來熟悉iOS

由於有可以更新，因此我就先執行更新

下載完後，便是安裝重啟

重啟後....

觸控完全失效

就只會一直在顯示各國的Hallo

也至經銷商那重置過了，無效

只能送修，又是逢過年

修回來我都離開台灣去上班了

回台灣前幾天手機壞了，沒手機用，回台灣馬上買，結果也給我馬上壞，還要送到國外修！？不能立刻換新機！！

有高手能幫我解決這問題？過年這時間尷尬呀........

但4神魔儲值用會員扣點
它卻要我用gmail帳號登入
只4我已經兌換序號在免費mycard了

德甲球會科隆日前客場與門興格拉德巴赫的比賽中，己方男孩粉絲團體衝進球場鬧事放煙火洩憤，脫序行為遭到科隆拔除官方支持團體的頭銜，並給予終生禁入球場的懲罰。

雙方0：0一直到了90分鐘才由門興格拉德巴赫中場Granit Xhaka打進絕殺球，不滿的科隆球迷團體衝進了球場中鬧事，警方出動大批警力制伏屁孩，現場閃光彈、煙霧彈、水柱齊飛，頗有鎮壓恐怖攻擊的氣氛。

「科隆調查後證明該男孩粉絲團體多次行為不當傷害俱樂部名聲，主要成員皆全程參與入侵球場及非法施放煙火。」

科隆將面臨德國足協來的罰款，因其未能控管球迷，而科隆也承諾將對全部賠償負責。

「由於事發多次，我們將針對球場鬧事者明確規定懲處條例，鬧事者須承擔德國足協罰款以及後續相關賠償費用，以保障球迷品質及多數俱樂部球迷利益，我們不容許有罪犯坐在我們的看台上。」科隆發出官方聲明。

中華電4G用戶 今年超過320萬

中華電信總經理石木標昨首度透露，今年4G用戶將淨增加超過180萬、累計4G用戶年底超過320萬，市占率要挑戰40％。

電信三雄2015年的4G用戶目標數已經大致有譜，遠傳電信總經理李彬日前表示，遠傳年底挑戰300萬用戶，相較去年底遠傳4G用戶近100萬，今年將淨增超過200萬。台灣大去年底4G用戶110萬，雖未透露今年目標，不過，法人預估亦在180∼200萬上下。

截至去年底為止，中華電信4G用戶133∼134萬，雖然石木標在法說會上公開表示，年底累計用戶將向320萬邁進，但據了解，這還只是該公司以全年國內4G總體用戶800萬為基礎所算出來的保守目標，如果總用戶數上探市調機構預估的1,000萬，中華電信不排除再度上修。據了解，內部已訂出首波上修方向、淨增用戶將超過200萬。

截至去年底，中華電行動上網用戶已達520萬，去年全年淨增120萬，今年以淨增150萬為目標，總體行動上網用戶年底上探670萬。

石木標指出，國內4G用戶平均使用上網及數據流量每月高達7GB，相較3G平均數3.1GB高出1倍以上。另外，4G的每用戶每月貢獻度（ARPU）相較3G又高出20~30％上下，因此，雖然4G行動上網吃到飽不取消，但是3G轉4G用戶增加，將進一步拉高行動服務營收挹注。

巴賽隆納MWC行動通信大會即將在農曆年後登場，中華電信行動通信分公司總經理林國豐指出，該公司今年將在Innovation City主題館展示行動支付應用在運跨境交通及電信票證整合服務，成為台灣唯一獲邀在MWC主場館參展的電信業。

去年，中華電信與日本KDDI、南韓SKT、香港HKT共同合組亞洲NFC聯盟（Asia NFC Alliance），計劃將各國現有的NFC服務互相連結，希望未來不久，很快就可以實現亞洲行動支付跨國付款消費的新里程碑。

該聯盟近日在台舉行年會，大陸中國電信正式加入會員，實現亞洲跨境行動支付、正逐步發酵中。
