餐廳名稱：彩虹夜市 炙燒骰子牛 地址 : 六期重劃區 彩虹夜市 營業時間 : 18:00 ~ 23:00 價位 : 70 / 150 元 2種選擇 推薦菜色 : 炙燒骰子牛 ............................................................................ 網誌好讀版 : http://uzhome.pixnet.net/blog/post/406985833 離柚子家很近的彩虹夜市其中一攤炙燒骰子牛 有分成小份$70元,大份$130元 價格還可以接受就試試看囉 點餐後老闆先將牛肉放在烤架上 很迅速的點燃噴燈就開始炙燒 為的就是利用高溫將表面瞬間鎖住肉汁 看著火焰在那邊飛來飛去的,有種奇怪的莫名快感油然而生 表面炙燒完成後開始由下方的爐火接力烘烤熟成 大約5分鐘左右就可以吃囉 !! 我習慣吃3分熟的,柚子和晴子就只能吃7分熟的 老闆很貼心的分成2邊烤 還一邊和我們聊天,雖然老闆一直在自嗨 但是感覺的出來遊客小貓兩三隻的彩虹夜市真的很冷清 我們8點多到,好像是他今晚的第一組客人 但是看到老闆很用心的在烹調食材 至少不會因為客人少就隨便弄弄 牛肉是採用美國的安格斯牛種 肉質帶點咬勁,新鮮度也夠 下方的洋蔥也有泡過冰水,吃起來不會嗆辣 只是.....老闆 我的3分熟和7分熟的口感怎麼是一樣的 吃起來比較像是7分熟 這部分要加加油啦 下次不要和你一直拉賽了 我不想吃到肉乾 有幾種調味料可以自己加 我習慣吃加海鹽的,但是這裡只有玫瑰礦鹽 也是可以啦,在夜市有的選已經不錯啦 有點靦腆的老闆還在繼續研發新的肉類 之後會陸續推出小羔羊,雞肉及豬肉的炙燒 當天剛好是老闆在試做小羔羊 有吃了一小塊,口感不錯,肉汁也有鎖在裡頭 但是淡淡的羊騷味不是我喜歡的味道 下次還是乖乖吃炙燒骰子牛好了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.42.95.140 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1423971886.A.33A.htmlRecommended article: Chomsky: We Are All – Fill in the Blank.
