米麴的相關知識

最近接觸到米麴，對他很有興趣，並買了一包米麴想要自己在家釀味噌 原本是想要買麴菌種回來培養米麴，後來上網搜尋發現冬季的米麴較難培養而且容易失敗(而且麴菌好多，我應該是用不到那麼多)，所以直接買了米麴 發現米麴有塊狀(有菌絲)，還有米粒狀(無菌絲)，請問一下兩者有不同嗎? 效果相同嗎?而且無菌絲的有金黃色也有米白色的，是菌種的不同嗎? 還有請問一下培養米麴的最佳溫度 ? 溼度 ? 釀味噌的最佳溫度 ? 溼度 ? 米麴除了可以做鹽麴與味噌外還可以做什麼? 因為真的很想了解它，所以問題很多，謝謝~~ Recommended article: Chomsky: We Are All – Fill in the Blank.
