台北市長柯文哲臉書PO藏頭詩「罷免要過半」涉違《選罷法》，最高恐罰百萬元。壹電視《正晶限時批》主持人彭文正不滿地說，為什麼人民有罷免權卻不能說，並點名要挑戰中選會跟台北市勞工局，片尾藏頭詩更直接寫道「二月十四罷免正元」。

彭文正表示，台北市選舉委員會副總幹事黃細明拒談宣傳罷免觸法，如果這是對的事情為何不說清楚？彭文正還說：「《憲法》133條賦予大家罷免權，賦予權力卻不可以說，這件事情我們要挑戰中選會及台北市勞工局。」（任羿馨／綜合報導）

標題[求助] 分手伙食費補貼（代po)

在女版已有po文 想說也應該參考男生意見 當事人無帳號 故出借帳號代po 想請問版上各位 分手後一些禮物或是多數男方支出的伙食費應該怎麼補貼(還)回去? 高中死黨目前和大學交往快三年的男友正面臨分手問題 不過經驗值還在累積我也不知道能給甚麼意見 這問題也是蠻困擾我的...(以前只想到等男生結婚包一個超大紅包) 男女交往男生大多在金錢方面男方總是付出較多 而目前的案例是... 男生在交往時經常會說"我都把時間跟金錢甚麼的都花在你身上了" 感覺好像非常在意? 這時候分手應該怎麼補貼他比較好呢? 分手原因 交往過程中曾經發生過男生跟學妹的曖昧事件 以及跟一些女客戶交談親密的內容 原本以為道歉後有改善可以原諒了 可是最近又發現男生又去找同一個學妹說話 才覺得自己有些潔癖又會記仇ˊ_>ˋ 想到以後他想要從事需要跟很多人交際的工作 覺得自己可能無法接受，也不想干預別人的未來 再來就是時常跟他們家家庭聚餐、家人送禮物、 覺得壓力有點大...可是不答應對方又會很失望ˊ__ˋ 然後交往時一起去吃飯逛街，他會搶著付，我覺得太貴了我自己應該付的時候，他會說我 的錢就是"我們"的錢有甚麼關係 一開始當然覺得很甜蜜 但是久了以後，當每次吵架時他會說我把時間跟錢都花在你身上了 就開始覺得很有壓力 當然也不是100%都是他出(只是他真的付了很多... -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 39.12.170.74 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Boy-Girl/M.1423835949.A.E57.html
