標題[問題] 關於自行安排轉機

各位好，想請教一件事 今年計畫去一趟泰國蘇美島，由於國內旅行社並沒有理想的航班行程能選擇 故打算自行從訂票網 (Expedia、Omega...)個別挑選時段，買兩段票回來 分別是蘇美島→曼谷(曼谷航空)、曼谷→台灣(長榮航空) 而問題在於在曼谷機場轉機的部分是....... 黃金周二下跌，希臘在償債方面，與歐盟對峙的立場軟化，黃金的避險吸引力因而消退。

紐約4月黃金下跌16.60美元，或1.3%，收於每盎司1260.30美元。3月白銀上漲7美分至每盎司17.32美元。

希臘財政部長Varoufakis提議將希臘債務換成與經濟成長連動的新債券，一反先前要求債權機構免除希臘積欠國際債權機構3150億歐元的部份債務。

然而除了國際政治消息外，少有其他新的因素影響黃金市場，交易員預期短期內，黃金將限於每盎司1250至1300美元範圍。

分析師說，黃金是情緒性的市場之一，在市場高點與低點，投資人往往過度激情，結果通常不佳。在缺少利多或利空消息的情況下，短期內交易可能限於狹幅之內。

其他金屬方面，4月白金上漲6.60美元至每盎司1235.20美元。3月鈀金下跌2美元，或0.3%，至每盎司786美元。

3月銅大漲9美分，或3.7%，至每磅2.58美元。

你好我本身是在龍安、縣府服務的信義房屋業務 直接和KIM大報告 如果是「自住」的話 包括明日耀和旁邊的輝煌世紀我都不推薦 因為真的是會吵 雖然他們這兩個社區真的是少數桃園區地段好屋齡又新而且單價「相對」低的建案 但因為我們看屋在裡面滯留的時間通常不會超過半小時 所以那些高架橋的聲音有時候會覺得「還好」 因此除非聽力差不CARE，否則我非常不建議住那裡，你要想你在家一待都至少好幾小時 即便只是輕微的聲音，只要一直持續下去，通常都會不舒服 所以據我所知像輝煌世紀，裡面買的很多都過兩年奢侈稅一到就拿出來賣了 而且還有一點必須考慮到的就是社區住戶素質 以輝煌世紀為例 很多人買那邊都是買來收租的 因為社區很新很氣派，再加上租客都是短期居住比較不在意環境 所以這裡的房子非常好出租，租金也不錯，投報率高 言下之意就是裡面很多租客 而租客素質.....不是歧視(我本身就在桃園租房子了)，而是真的普遍不好 八大行業偏多 所以您就參考看看吧! 如果是要當包租公婆的話是真的蠻推薦的XD 我本身在那邊也有幾個案子，要買的話可以來看看 但如果自住，我是真的很不推薦 也許買了過幾年賣會小賺一些，但我覺得自己住的不舒服一切都枉然啦~~~ 有問題還可以來問我哦~ ※ 引述《Kimberly5 (不要放棄自己的力量)》之銘言： : 剛剛去看完桃園的僑蓮明日耀建案 : 感覺不錯，但臨國道二號，單一出入口，為八德門牌， : 噪音灰塵問題不知嚴不嚴重?? : 是否有已住在裡面的住戶可以提供建議想法或批評呢？ : 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 223.142.145.24 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1422992845.A.9D8.html
