美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）面對全球央行寬鬆競貶、美元走強衝擊美國企業業績，仍無意推遲年中升息計劃，影響美股周三大跌，道瓊工業指數收挫195.84點，油價也在美國庫存增加、美元走強下大跌近4%。

Fed台北時間今凌晨3時結束今年首場FOMC決策例會，會後聲明重申「可耐心等候展開貨幣政策常態化」的立場，對美國經濟與就業強勁復甦深具信心，按計劃於年中開始升息的態度並無改變跡象。

Fed無意推遲升息，美元持續走強，加上美國庫存增幅超越預期，維持在80年高點，美元計價原油再創6年新低，紐約西德州原油期貨繼周三收跌近4%後，盤後電子交易進一步走弱，拖累能源股大跌。

在能源類股領跌下，美股道瓊周三下跌1.13%收17191.37點，S&P 5005指數下跌1.35%收2002.16點，瀕臨2000點保衛戰，納斯達克指數也下跌0.93%收4637.99點。

Fed在本次聲明中，將通膨低於長期目標改成「進一步下滑」至低於目標，並且「大部份」是反映能源價格下跌；同時進一步表示「預料近期通膨將進一步下降」，但「中期內」通膨預期將逐漸朝2%攀升。（劉利貞、陳智偉／綜合外電報導）

太陽花學運領袖之林飛帆今天上午7時30分許，低調赴台南市政府報到，將展開大頭兵生涯。

日前被好友剃光頭的林飛帆，今天戴鴨舌帽入伍，為第146梯次、共有42人。林飛帆未接受訪問，私下表示，父母載他到門口即離去，他獨自到市府2樓中庭集合，希望未來在軍旅生活之餘，專心完成論文。（辛啟松／台南報導）
