【鉅亨網記者張欽發 台北】

致力於開拓金屬沖壓件產品汽車應用市場的鉅祥(2476-TW)在2014年全年獲利出現成長，而鉅祥公布自結2014年稅後盈餘3.84億元，每股稅後盈餘為1.75元，也優於2013年的1.41元。

由鉅祥最新自結財報顯示其2014年稅後盈餘3.84億元，也較2013年同期財報稅後盈餘3.45億元成長11.22%。

沖壓件廠鉅祥自3年前就開始布局包括汽車應用等非3C產品的市場，其非3C應用產品的營收占總營收比重，由2012年的15-16%拉高到去年以來的32%，同時，對於未來營收比重的規劃，鉅祥則是朝向以3C及非3C類產品占營收各50%為其營運目標。

鉅祥2014年1-12月的營收為47.42億元，較2013年的45.8億元成長3.54%。

鉅祥今天以平盤25.6元作收，成交量257張。

土耳其總統主持內閣會議 強化權力

土耳其總統艾爾段就任總統以來，今天首次主持內閣會議，進一步強化總統職權，引來批評者擔心他已累積過多權力。

艾爾段（Recep Tayyip Erdogan）擔任總理10多年後，去年8月當選總統。他在位於安卡拉郊區、引發廣大爭議的總統府主持內閣會議。

土耳其憲法賦予總統主持內閣會議的權力，不過，在艾爾段之前的兩位總統塞翟（Ahmet Necdet Sezer）和莒內（Abdullah Gul），大多只是扮演儀式性角色，從未主持政府會議。

贏得52%選票的艾爾段認為透過直選上台，可讓他無須修改土耳其議會制憲法，便能擁有更多權力，並繼續留在政治核心。

艾爾段加強掌控權力，讓若干西方盟友及國內反對者氣餒，他們擔心艾爾段的權力在缺乏制衡情況下，會讓土耳其遠離西方的法治和言論自由標準。

柯文哲上任首張春聯　「政」變成真？

為了宣傳年貨大街，北市觀傳局今天在大樓左右兩側，貼出「改變成真、萬象更新」紅色春聯。觀傳局長簡余晏表示，原先柯文哲希望節省開銷、認為印製春聯太過浪費，但不少民眾有需求，經幕僚建議後決定比照辦理，但今年的春聯尺寸會比往年還小，紙張也更薄，因此數量相對會多一些，至於確切數量和經費，由於還在發包中，因此會再召開記者會公布詳細內容。
 
簡余晏表示，柯市長上任後的首張春聯，由中華弘道書學會理事長張穆希揮毫，原先有草書、行書、楷書等版面，但為了要讓民眾一目了然，最後柯選擇了隸書，市政大樓先貼出初版，未來還會請張穆希寫上柯文哲3字。
 
有趣的是，這張「改變成真、萬象更新」的羊年春聯，除了有濃厚政治味，第一個「改」字遠看讓人以為是「政」字，就連台北市議員梁文傑都在臉書發文，以為自己看到「政變成真」，對此簡余晏表示，這是對張老師的不敬，製作春聯過程從未有這樣的想法。(陳思豪／台北報導)

未聘足身障者　鴻海首次擠入前3

《身心障礙者權益保障法》規定，民營企業員工人數在67人以上者，需聘用1％身障者，否則每少聘1人就每月需繳1萬9273元代金。勞動部今公布最新去年10月身障不足額進用名單，民間企業共有1541家不足額進用身障者，其中人數最多的前3名是宏華國際人力資源公司不足額進用20人，力成科技不足額進用17人，鴻海精密則不足額進用16人，這也是鴻海首次擠入全國前三名。

公家機關部分，依法員工數在34人以上，需聘用3%的身障者，此次共有79家不足進用，其中國安局不足額進用9人最多。

目前鴻海暫無回應。勞動部表示，將主動拜訪輔導、持續督促未足額進用單位，並提供獎勵僱主僱用、職務再設計及支持性就業服務等相關措施，協助僱主足額進用身心障礙者。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
