低油價　最快年底就結束？

工研院產經中心（IEK）今舉行2015年台灣製造業產值預測更新發表會，雖然因低油價對台灣製造業景氣持審慎樂觀看法，但IEK產經中心經理陳志強指出，市場對低油價預期時間並不長，已有研究機構認為2015年底或2016年中就會結束低油價，業者應該居安思危。

陳志強表示，油價每下跌10%，提升製造業產值0.2%，總產值可望增加約400億元的收益，但日後低油價行情若提前走完，對產業衝擊仍應觀察。與會中經院副院長王健全表示，低油價對消費壓力降低，反而引發通膨表現偏低和產油國財政陷入困境的警訊，美國對升息時間也因此延後，後續變數仍多。

王健全表示，美國升息是兩面刃，雖可吸引國際資金進入美國市場，但在消費意願恐因此減弱的因素考量下，聯準會升息與否將更顯詭譎。（陳瑩欣／台北報導）

不撕壁紙就直接披土上油漆

建議還是要將壁紙撕掉再重新油漆比較好,空氣都含有水氣,若濕氣太重壁紙含水量多的時候,會因為批土承載重量容易造成剝落的情況發生,因此還是請師傅認命點盡量撕乾淨一點,而且通常壁紙上漆跟好不好斯並沒有甚麼關聯性,因為是靠膠水附著的,你可以先試試看用除膠劑塗在壁紙接縫處再用吹風機加熱看有沒有辦法使壁紙脫落,可以的話就解決了,除非有個白癡用強力膠,那就乾脆整面牆打掉還比較省事= =
