柯P嗆教長：我能做四年，你能做多久？

教育部長吳思華今天下午拜會台北市長柯文哲，就十二年國教議題討論，雙方沒有共識，不歡而散。

昨天台北市長柯文哲正式拍板基北區明年的入學方案維持原案，教育部長吳思華今天傍晚帶著國教署長吳清山拜訪柯文哲，教育部、市府、教育局三方對談，吳思華要求柯文哲就算北市家長不同意也要用教育部的方案，否則不予備查方案、也不會核准招生簡章、更不會提供量尺分數。吳思華並強調「我要負政治責任」，柯文哲回嗆：「我還有4年要幹，你隨時可以下台，負什麼政治責任？」雙方不歡而散。

基北區免試入學作業要點，台北市長柯文哲表示要延續郝龍斌任內的決策，仍要先比量尺分數，不顧適法性問題，引起教育部關切，希望有轉圜機會。

教育部長吳思華今天下午五點親自到台北市政府拜訪柯P，結果卻被柯P打臉：「我可以做四年，你部長可以做多久！」拜會短短半小時，雙方各執一詞，最後在柯文哲的怒嗆下宣告破局，不歡而散。

教育部國教署長吳清山會後轉述，今天下午吳思華是禮貌性拜訪，不勞駕對方過來，是基於禮貌與誠意希望會有好的溝通效果。

吳清山說，先比量尺分數，會造成分發混亂的風險。吳清山說，半小時內雙方表示各自的立場與見解，最後是因為柯文哲一句「我可以做四年，你部長能做多久？」引爆雙方的情緒。

當時吳思華說：「不管做多久，我們每天都要憑良心做事情，不是做多久的問題，而是要憑良心做事情！」吳思華跟柯文哲說，基北區維持這樣的方案，一定會造成分發落差，造成考生和家長混亂。但是柯文哲仍堅持，基北區的方案不會改變。

吳思華說，假如基北區要維持方案，教育部就依照相關規定，不備查，而且基北區要向教育部申請後，才能提供量尺分數。

吳清山說，當時雙方各有立場、想法，柯文哲堅持不讓，教育部也很難改變對方想法。

廠牌:TOSHIBA 型號:R830 有無內建還原功能(Y/N): 問題內容: R830這台的改裝文，網路google很多 因為家裡AP升級為802.11ac，因此也順便買了一張802.11ac的mini pcie網卡 購買的是網路很常見的 Intel 7260ac (支援867M 藍芽4.0) 但是裝上去以後，不管怎麼裝intel的藍芽驅動 無線網卡驅動 裝置管理員就是不會出現藍芽 google一下，有人有出現藍芽，但是也運作不正常 廠商說藍芽還要走usb之類的，可是我本來的網卡也是直接從卡槽拔下來，也沒什麼線 但是電腦就可以抓到藍芽 快速鍵也可以用 換裝intel 7260之後，網路是正常，但是抓不到藍芽 fn+f8也無效，變成wifi也不能關 請問R830有改裝的網友，你們無線網卡用哪張? 才可以順利抓到藍芽 且 FN+F8仍然可以正常運作的? 在此先感謝您的分享 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.35.77.18 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Notebook/M.1419688246.A.E57.html
